Flag Dart - Real Name: Samuel (Sam) “Abraham” Washington
Origin: At the age of 18, Sam was drafted into the conflict between the United States of America and the Soviet Union from 1985 to 1991. In the attempt to end the war in South America quickly, Sam was one of the lucky soldiers to receive the H-Antidote (Hyper Antidote), a prototype antidote developed by the United States military to test on their soldiers to fight against the Soviet Union. This gives him the ability of super strength and speed, and regenerative healing to survive on the field.
After the war, Sam stays within the military as he continues to follow orders from the US government. He was eventually sent to lead a team of former supervillains and antiheroes called R.E.C.O.N. (Reformed. Enemies. Cooperate. Of. Nation.)
This seems oddly familiar. Oh, I think it is probably for the best not to think about it, for good reasons...
Here's some sketches of mine that I drew references from the pilot. I have seen the pilot before I got into the series, ain't it much but it is something that I like to share with.
Radiawoman
Name: Mel Sa - Ra (birth name) Melissa Gammaton (adopted name)
Hometown: Radium (destroyed) Greyfield, New Mexico (temporarily) Shelter City, California (current)
Origin: An eight year old girl named Mel Sa - Ra, originated from her now destroyed planet, Radium, As the only survivor of her kind known as the Radians. After her home planet was annihilated, Mel Sa - Ra landed on earth in a town located in New Mexico called Greyfield, and was stranded there. With no food left she went to search for food until she stumbled across a supermarket, stole food from there, and ran with it until she was stopped by a couple called the Gammaton’s. The couple noticed that the young girl had no family of her own and seemed to be homeless, so they decided to take her under their wing, and give her an adopted name, Melissa Gammaton. Melissa tries to explain to her adopted parents where she came from and they didn’t believe her, thinking it was just a made up story until she showed her powers. After this discovery she was told to not use her powers due to fear of being taken away by the government, despite this warning she still helped her town from accidents and crimes.
Twenty years later, after moving to Shelter City, California, she eventually used her powers to save the city from corruption, crime, and dangerous hyper human threats. As she went by her hero name Radiawoman.
Also, I give her an alternate suit and a short haircut, I hope you guys enjoy her alternate look, I did it in mspaint this time.
She is going to need someone to clean up her mess afterwards...

You know, I was wondering what Hilda would’ve looked like if the show was made between the 1960’s, and the 1970’s, so I took inspiration from other different cartoon art styles from that era. (Jay Ward, Hanna Barbera, Rankin Bass, and my favorite comic strip series, The Peanuts) I tried my best to reminisce from that era. If Hilda existed back then, it would probably become an obscure cult classic show, (not sure what network it would air on, unless Netflix itself was a TV network if it existed back then) obviously. And the graphic novels would probably be either a comic series, or children's book series from that time. Also, I forgot to paint her leggings black, whoops...
He's a guard on duty, not a waiter...
Edit: And by the way, he's a robot that has water built inside of him. I just didn't have time for him to offer water to Ravine, whoops... Sorry about the confusion, I need to work on my build ups, sometimes I forget.
Oddwest, a second original comic strip series of mine. (Besides Jack and Bags) Follow the misadventures of two kids named Spurs and Ravine, along with their buddy guard robot. Stay tuned for more Oddwest comic strips in the future, maybe...
Here's my concept art for Zerokid with different costumes, it ain't much but I'm still thinking of redesigning him in the near future. But for now, it's still a concept.
Here's my artwork of a lost soul by using charcoal pencils, I finished last month. I tried my best, but I'm glad how it turned out.
