What’s actually stopping small Instagram accounts from growing?

I’ve been looking at a lot of smaller Instagram accounts in niches like real estate, coaching, consulting, healthcare and education, and I’ve noticed something interesting.

A lot of creators don’t necessarily have a content problem.

They have a system problem.

They may have good knowledge, but struggle with:

Coming up with content ideas consistently

Turning ideas into strong hooks

Structuring short-form videos

Maintaining a consistent visual style

Understanding what their audience actually responds to

Reviewing their content and improving based on the results

It made me curious:

For those of you running a small Instagram account, what is the biggest bottleneck for you right now?

Is it ideas, scripting, editing, consistency, reach, converting viewers into followers, or something else?

Would be interesting to hear what other small creators are experiencing.
