Thinking about switching from my Lenovo LOQ (i5-12450HX + RTX 3050 6GB) to a ThinkPad.
I want something where I can reuse my current RAM and SSD from the LOQ. Any ThinkPad models you’d recommend that are compatible and good for programming + daily use?
My Lenovo LOQ suddenly completely died yesterday. It shut down and now it’s not turning on at all, no charging light, no keyboard light, nothing. I already tried different chargers, power drain, etc., but it seems fully dead.
The problem is that my original 1-year warranty expired recently.
I wanted to ask: If I buy Lenovo’s extended warranty now, after the base warranty has already expired, will it still work for this issue? Or do they reject claims for problems that happened before purchasing the extended warranty?
Has anyone here been in a similar situation with a LOQ or other Lenovo laptop?
Would really appreciate any advice before I spend money on the warranty. Thanks.

As someone who started gaming journey with cyberpunk 2077, and I also really like the anime Cyberpunk Edgerunner. And now when i started playing wuwa (1 week back, this is such a good surprise(?).
