So I'm gonna go to the gym for the first time and I'm not sure whether I should get a trainer. Not only that trainers are pretty expensive too so that'll be very heavy on my wallet..
I asked a few of my acquaintances and they said they never had a trainer and started learning through YouTube and all.
Can someone advise on it??
