Ovulation like pain post meno?

When I used to have cycles, I would always know when I was ovulating because I would get ovulation pains on one or the other side (I guess whatever ovary was releasing the egg??).

Anyway, I am now almost three years post meno, and been on HRT since I was post meno. And since starting I get these same types of pains once in a while. Are my ovaries waking up from the HRT? The pain isn't super painful and doesn't bother me. I just find it a little strange. Anyone else have or had this sensation when they were still having cycles? And did it come back on HRT post meno?

Does anyone here do glutathione?

I took my first dose and had a weird reaction. Wondering if this is normal and if I should try again or stop. I also have a message into the doctor but haven't heard back. I got dizzy, which subsided after some time but then that night I had really bad insomnia. Anyone else?

Anyone take oral minoxidil and get good results?

Did it cause the initial dread shed? If so, how long did it last?

Did it cause you to get an increase in body/facial hair?

Any other side effects?

How long did it take to see results?

Do you recommend it?

Tried the topical but it made my head super itchy and then found out it's toxic to pets so didn't want to risk it with my dog.

Vaginal estradiol and libido question

Has anyone increased their use of vaginal estradiol (maybe more than twice a week) and notice a difference in libido?

I'm already on testosterone cream but I've noticed on days I do vaginal estradiol cream, I have an increase in lubrication and therefore feel more like having sex. Should I increase to daily? I have an appt with my doctor tomorrow to discuss but wanted to get anecdotal evidence if possible.

Sermorelin questions for the room

I've been taking sermorelin for a month now. I had to switch to the morning because I was having a hard time taking it at night on an empty stomach. I was fine waiting until three hours after I ate, but the problem is that I can't sleep on a completely empty stomach.

Anyone else in this situation that has figured out a solution? I was hoping this would help with sleep but it hasn't and I think the reason is because I'm not taking it at night. I have lost an inch on my waist so that's a definite plus!

I can't fall asleep or stay asleep because my heart pounds in my ears. Does this happen to anyone else and if so, how do you stop it?

I'm on .075 estradiol and 100 progesterone. I already tried increasing estradiol to .1 for six months but sleep got worse. I've tried going to 200 progesterone and although it helped with sleep, it made me way too irritable all the time and it killed any hope of an orgasm.

I also take l-theanine, magnesium. Tried cortisol support supplement, Lavela, gummies with other supplements, and although these help with sleep I still have that pounding that wakes me up and then have a hard time falling back asleep.

I've seen a cardiologist and have had a full work up and my heart is fine.

What else can I try? It's sooo annoying and I really need to sleep!

What does everyone use? Anyone swear by any particular brand or type? Getting desperate and would like to add a good magnesium glycinate supplement to my nightly routine. I need to sleep consistently!!!
