Pilot won’t turn on
Got my gas metre changed today. The technician came through and checked all the appliances got to the hot water tank. He made sure the pilot light was on and now that he’s gone I’m noticing the hot water tank isn’t turning on and I looked and I saw the pilot light is not on. Is there any way to manually ignite it with this particular tank?

Father passed away . Process of getting his house ready to sell. The house has no mortgage. What would be the ballpark closing costs be? After lawyers/agents/tax etc.
Basically I want to know what will be left to distribute to the three beneficiaries after all is said and done.To keep it simple, let’s say the house sells for a million.
