My printer is a Neptune 3 Max and keeps clogging mid print, when it started clogging, i replaced the hotend (including the tube and nozzle), because i checked and it looked very worn out, it printed fine for 2 hours after the replacement and then clogged again, i checked and noticed that the fan on the right is not turning on while priting, this may be causing the issue? i searched and it says that the printer may not turn on all the fans mid print, so i have no idea if this is the cause or not. There's no leaking or heat creep. I'm printing PETG, i dry the filament, 230C temp, 0.4mm nozzle, been printing PETG for 1 year and this is the first time that i had this issue

Fiz um envio de presente, com documentação tudo certinho para os eua, paguei 350 de frete, chegou na alfândega brasileira, pediram nota fiscal de venda sendo que é presente, fui numa agência e disseram que provavelmente era erro e iam corrigir nos próximos dias, hoje recebi o aviso de que o pacote estava sendo devolvido a mim, pois nao apresentei a nota fiscal da minha venda sendo que não era venda, foi enviado como presente e não mercadoria, falei com o suporte dos correios e eles disseram que eles não tem controle sob o envio e que não podem fazer nada, como procedo? Não quero perder 350 reais por um erro deles

My printer is a Neptune 3 Max, i tried to print TPU for the first time but the filament stopped coming out after 15mins, i checked and turns out that the filament is not being pulled from the carretel, so it's not feeding the nozzle, any ideas on how i make this work? The printer is huge and tpu filament is not solid, so it's probably too far to push it down, but not sure of what i can do because the feeding sensor is above the printer

Vi que foi retomado os envios para os EUA e que agora os impostos de 40% precisam ser pagos no ato do envio, alguém sabe qual a faixa de valor que está agora pra enviar? (sem os impostos) Pois teve reajuste no valor do frete para os EUA e o suporte disse que não tem essa informação
