New to this, Daughter needs to pay student loans in US from Mexico

My daughter is in Mexico, and is having issues with the banks allowing her to send money to an institution in the US to pay her monthly student loan payment. Its become a bit of a problem. She is a dual citizen, but that doesnt seem to help. Does anyone here have a suggestion on the best way to do this? Hopefully this makes sense. This is not something I am overly familiar with. Sending her money isnt the problem.

Still going through my mass of stuff, found a small card box with this in it. I had forgotten about it. I have cuts, and full box flats, but this is the only full box I have. I didnt look inside to see if it has Milk Duds residue, but its pretty clean. It had the receipt, I paid $24 for it in 2013. If nothing else its a cool item from one of my all time favorite players. Thank you for looking.

Hello found this again in a box of stuff. Has anyone seen anything like this? I ve always suspected that it was cut from the cover of an old magazine or a box a glove came in. It’s thin cardboard. Thanks!
