Can someone inform me?

I got an etsy witch for fun after seeing tik tok. As part of her email this was included:

Commonly the manifestation times are as follows for each size of ritual:
Intention: Within 5 to 6 Weeks
Standard: Within 3 to 4 Weeks
Large: Within 3 Weeks
Occult: Within 2 to 3 Weeks
Fire: Within 1 to 2 Weeks
Coven: Within 1 Week

But I have no idea what this means. Would someone explain to me like i'm 10 please?

I assume this is a fledgling. I was watching him/her ( they’re sitting on a window ledge) and then I think the parent came and did the same. Are they just like warming themselves??

Making the team

I'm watching the DCC making the team for the first time. They used to do the "showgroup" where rookies could audition for it (and make that showgroup team" and they announced this before the actual team was announced. Do they not do this anymore? I'm not following why they formed this showgroup team before the actual team was announced and there were still rookie cuts to be made. I don't recall seeing this "showgroup" team any longer on the netflix show....do they not have it anymore?
