Hi guys im 19f , bored have insomnia so yea tough sleeping id like anyone to talk to but dont want boring questions or conversations like "what r your interests n hobbies" like be original for one's but yea dont might the age kinda like debating about politics mostly but yea hope to meet all you great n amazing ppl dont mind the age just not lower 19 . So yea ok I might yap alot and stuff but yea i was just on scrolling on Instagram then came across this post of a polygamous relationship n just one thing that made me think dont ppl in that relationship sometimes get mad or jealous as some points

So my question for ppl in polygamous relationship can u tell me how was getting in to the relationship n dont yall have moments where u wish u the only one dating /married to your partner??

Ok ok hear me out on this one ik I might get ppl hating on me or my opinion/idea but then again its mine so yea .

Men desire more intimate moments than women.

Been thinking about this after seeing it play out in relationships around me and online.

By “intimate moments” I mostly mean sexual desire/frequency + initiation. Not emotional intimacy, cuddling, deep talks. That’s separate in my head.

From what I’ve read, a lot of studies + surveys show men on average report higher sexual desire, think about it more often, and initiate more. Testosterone gets brought up a lot too.

But I also know desire for a lot of women seems way more tied to context, stress, relationship quality, safety, etc. Like responsive desire vs spontaneous desire.

So CMV: Is it actually a biology gap, or is it social/cultural/relationship context making it look that way?

I know averages don’t mean everyone. Plenty of exceptions both ways.

What’s been your experience or what research have you seen that I’m missing?

Like I feel like its been a topic of discussion for long but yea for my own reasons I just wanna know whyy like why cheat and idc if its physically, mentally, emotionally. Either way u cheated so why does that happen rather then u just confess that you dont want in the relationship no more ?
