Parking Overnight

I bought a new car today (Saturday), and I have a parking permit for my old car, but I'm only going to be able to park the new car (which has a temp plate) when I come back Sunday night. The parking service isn't taking calls today. Will I for sure get a ticket this Sunday night if I call first thing in the morning? Can I refute the ticket if I email them now? Thanks

Please help me choose a phone

Hiya!

I've used a cheap tracphone all my life, but my current one is on its last leg. I'm looking for a phone on the cheaper side (less than $100 USD), and I know my options are limited with such a small budget, but I don't need any crazy features.

I just want a phone with longevity (as long as I can make it last until changing the screen/battery outweighs the cost of just replacing the phone). A phone with a good camera and over 64 GB of storage would be nice, but not necessary.

I've heard some good things about the following models, if anyone has any feedback on them:

  1. Samsung Galaxy A06
  2. Samsung Galaxy S10e
  3. Google Pixel 6
  4. Motorola G Stylus

I would love to buy a used phone on eBay or such, but am concerned with buying a phone with a lot of problems, so if anyone has experience buying used phones and knows specific things to look out for (i.e. locked to provider) I would appreciate that.

Thank you so much for your help!

Kings Dominion Straw

Hey y'all!

Back probably around 2012 I wanna guess Kings Dominion the amusement park had this straw that went with their Icee cups that had a circular bit to it and had a 3D icee logo on it that spun. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Maybe you have a picture of it?

Thank you!

Hi there!

I'm interested in buying a cup or a disc, but am not sure which one to choose or if either is really right for my goals. I'm trying to become more sustainable, but I've used period underwear for about 4 years now and I just find them to leak a lot, smell, and be a hassle to go out in.

Cups or discs seem like a great option, but I'm honestly terrified of anything to do with reaching into my vagina. Like, my OB/GYN did a pelvic exam on me and it pinched for a second and I fainted. I tried a tampon once and it just felt uncomfortable and I'm not very comfortable with my anatomy in general.

I've done a bit of research into both and many people say that cups are great for beginners, but they depend on suction which freaks me out (even though I know it can't get stuck in there). Discs seem to be easier to pull out, but they require reaching deeper into your vagina.

For additional context, I don't mind touching my own blood and I have a high cervix. I was very sensitive the one time I used a tampon, so I am also looking for an option that feels the least noticeable once it's inside. Also, I'm a student and don't have a lot of money to spend on trying different products.

I'm wondering if anyone's had a similar experience to me, how did you get over this fear, what you're using now, and if I should considering investing in a cup or disc, or put some more research into it.

Thank you guys so much!
