I’m the other woman
Found out that the ex who came back into my life recently, & that I’ve been talking to very seriously for months, has been married for a year. We slept together five days before their first anniversary.
It’s eating me up & I’m so fucking stressed. I lost four pounds in two days. My stomach has been in knots since I found out. I’ve been forcing myself to eat.
He knows I know. Zero acknowledgment. I’ll most likely see him this week. I desperately want a conversation with him. Because what the fuck.
I think I’ve decided I have to tell his wife. This is gonna get so bad.
(Resubmitting for the automod)
What are some unexpected/weird things that you’ve noticed as a result of your fitness journey?
For me it’s hamstrings, I can feel them when I’m crouching down now when I never used to. Just big rocks of muscle pressing into me if I’ve gotta squat all the way down, it’s honestly a bit uncomfortable & weirds me out 😅
Really happy with the quads lately 🥰
Decided to turn them into giant muscles & I think it’s been working well! 😄
Edit: I’m 5’2” currently 129lbs. Weight training four times a week with lots of tennis in between! Pics were both taken yesterday.
Can’t believe I did this yesterday
Had one of the most brutal singles matches of my life yesterday.
It was like playing myself in the worst way possible, short chip shots I had to sprint up for, lobs over my head to make me sprint back to the baseline, looooooong rallies working me side to side. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much outside of summer. 😭
Score was 6-3, 5-7, 7-6. I was up 5-2 in the second and couldn’t close it out. She got more consistent & I was definitely making mistakes I shouldn’t have. Tiebreak was 8-6, came back from down 1-5 & had to save a couple of match points.
Gave almost as good as I got though! Worked hard to get everything back & came out on top in the end. Sometimes it’s just about making them hit another shot & remembering that every point you lose is one you’ve gotta win back.
