face is darker than body. previous related post here Skin and body are two different colors : r/tretinoin. I believe my routine maybe the culprit, but I have no idea where to start and what to buy. I had a horrible experience with Charlotte Tilbury online order. After getting nowhere with their customer service over the course of weeks, I think I may have to do a chargeback. Has anyone had any experience filing chargeback with CT? I've literally never filed a chargeback before, and with they way I've been treated by CT reps, I'm a bit nervous about filing a chargeback. I don't want to lose another few more weeks of my life managing my chargeback.
