You know what, mixing Disventure Camp and my favorite fandom. What would be the favorite Ace Attorney character of each character lol.

I don’t know if anyone here knows Ace Attorney, but just in case.

Reminder of Rule 1

Hello, everyone.

I’ve seen shipping police in this sub repeatedly by now. According to Rule 1, no harassment is allowed, not even over what you consider comships, and while it didn’t get to harassment level yet, I still see others monitoring what’s morally right to ship among fictional characters. Ship Dan, ship Isabel, ship whoever you want as long as you understand it’s all fiction. I’ve seen people end themselves because people online just can’t respect each other’s opinions.

You don need to like the ships, you’re not wrong for feeling uncomfortable, but those who can’t understand the rule are free to leave.

Ace Attorney fanfic ideas

I noticed a pattern in fanfics I write, in this fandom and a few others: I have a tendency to have ideas for all the male characters and hardly for female characters.

Athena is a top 3 character for me, not just because she’s a female character but I genuinely love her energy, her story and the Mood Matrix. I love pretty much everything about her. I still want her to have her own game, preferably AA7. And yet I can’t seem to have story ideas for her, and if there is one character I want to write for next? It’s her.

I’m already writing a fanfiction focused on Kristoph and Klavier, and there’s another one I’m writing that’s focused on Apollo. Dahlia and Iris too, but I only outlined 3 chapters and think of anything else. I have an hyperfixation on Athena though, so I really want to write about her.

But I have no ideas for a story focused on her. And even though Ace Attorney focuses a lot on logic and puzzles in trials, I am terrible at creating those. Even investigations seem to require a good amount of creativity. So I’m more of a character studies and emotional lore type of writer. Now, I want to do a similar story with Athena.

What is a core concept you guys would like with Athena? Just a concept so I can try to think of something to do with it.

Yesterday, I finished Turnabout Trump. And I’m not sure if I understood a character’s plan.

Kristoph Gavin.

We do learn Kristoph hates Phoenix. Still, he asks Apollo for him to defend Phoenix. Maybe so Phoenix would still trust him? I can get that.

But, maybe a foolish question of mine ( since I do find the game very complex lore-wise ), but what else did Kristoph gain from defending Phoenix?

Kristoph was the guilty one, and he could have framed someone like Phoenix. Wouldn’t having Apollo defend a person he could have blamed, especially someone Kristoph hates, be bad for him? And he seemed determined to have Apollo defend him until the end… until Phoenix started to imply Kristoph was guilty. Otherwise, was Kristoph even planning to sabotage him? And how, since Apollo was Phoenix’s defense attorney?

I think they’re setting up Sam to be the main villain, but so far it’s someone else and it’s making me unsure

On a hand, Sam being introduced as a twist villain in the very first episode does give main villain vibes, and he has been doing some stuff ( disposing the idol, trying to make Dunia insecure… ), but I still think he’s not doing enough. I get it, his strategy is to be subtle and more openly friendly than the other villains of the show, but they could at least make him have more scenes of playing the game and showing the viewers he’s up to no good, even if he acts nice on-screen around others.

Ara was more antagonistic so far and ever since the flowers’ challenge, she has been playing a more active game on-screen.

I love Ara, she’s definitely in my top 10 characters, I might even like her a little more than Sam rn, but I want a villain that isn’t from the girlboss trope. ONC has too many of those.

How do we feel about this ship?

They’re cute imo. Also funny how Rosa initially had Spencer as her last favorite S4 contestant and now they seem cool with each other.

So I’m doing the trend before it dies

I don’t hate Olivia’s design btw, but I don’t hate any design lol

Also this one is without repeats.

Struggling with fanfiction ideas

Tbh I only have one fanfiction idea but it takes 4-6 chapters max and I wish I could make something longer. At minimum 10 chapters, but even that amount feels short. Quality over quantity ig, but I wish I could have both.

And other than that one idea, I have nothing. Is there anything you guys would want to read?

( also, why are there so few posts with the Fanfiction flair? )

I’m starting to get overwhelmed.

You can leave tips here, or don’t. This is more of a rant. I’m STUCK with these two, and considering I already felt annoyed with plenty of former bosses, this is basically being the last straw.

Could I take a break? Yeah, but by that point I might lose the hang of the game.

And I don’t want to uninstall the game like I did before only to play it again. I don’t want to lose my progress.

Cuphead is a fun game but also THIS stressing.

It also got me thinking how him and the Devil could interact and if they would have a who-is-more-evil match /hj

I want Sam to actually know what he’s doing. He canonically only watched season 1, but we also know he watched some small clips from other seasons. This will sound evil, but I want Sam to KNOW about Spencer’s trauma and insecurities, not just trying a distraction or whatever. I want Sam to be straight up EVIL.

I don’t think we got any villains that stay under the radar with their social game yet, and since Sam is one of the few male antagonists, he might be good at it too, and an actual villain.

I need this sushsjsbhs I’m a horrible person. Sorry, hubby.
