


I really need help with my Instagram account.
Yesterday, I took an old account of mine, made it public, and started posting reviews on it. Everything was working perfectly fine. The account was linked to my email and phone number, and I could access it normally. I did share the password with a few of my friends, so it was likely logged into around 3 devices.
But this morning, I woke up completely logged out of the account.
Now whenever I try logging back in, I keep getting stuck in endless password reset loops — reset password, verification, try again, repeat. It also keeps showing the “Try using another device” message, even though I am literally using the original device that created the account. It’s not recognizing my device and isn’t giving me any proper recovery options.
I still have access to my email and phone number linked to the account, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to recover the account or contact Instagram support properly?
