Looking for shampoo, conditioner and micellar water bulk.

Tired of buying smaller or typical sized expensive bottles of fragrance free stuff. It's already harder to find as it is. I want to use and refill may own bottles too. Looking to save a little money by buying larger quantities. Any recommends for larger bagged or bottled sizes in shampoo , conditioners and other products?

Been taking ferrous sulfate for months, switched to gluconate, few days in feels like I am on drugs.

This cannot be the iron switch alone, right? This has to be placebo or another reason, right?

I have had this feeling before my iron deficiency, not anemic. just a few days after switching, less diarrhea, but urine changed color. Now I am already feeling relief from fatigue and way more energy? Almost like I am high on drugs, not bi-polar (looked into this with a psychiatrist).

Not complaining really, maybe caught me off guard and almost overwhelming. This feeling comes and goes, but comes more each day since the switch. Anyone else experience something like this?

trouble contacting Luna Sandals customer service.

Anyone else having trouble? I have tried calling them, emailing them, and using their website chat system.

I was able to order two pairs and they came just fine, but trying to figure out if they have a wider width available but not able to get in contact with anyone for the last week.

Questioning my DID diagnosis.

Long story short, been diagnosed 3 times by three very different practitioners. One being a trauma informed therapist, one a dissociative and complex trauma specialist and a psychiatrist (help ruled out everything else. That worked with my primary care including medical stuff). But cannot seem to relate to anyone with trauma, adverse or even dissociative experiences.

I don't know who to talk to about this. Never once in a support group that I met that has similar experiences. I don't think I belong here either, just seem to make everyone upset at me.

Diagnosed with DID but better overall memory than most people?

Not sure what is going on here. But while there is no doubt that there is a lot of false and confabulated memory I experience and often only to find out later if I ever do. I do practice a lot of mindfulness, no drugs or alcohol, 7-9hours of sleep, move my body a lot and in general prioritize self care.

There seems to be a lot of general populous that seem to have a heard time remembering simple things like appointments general details about their day. At least the people that I seem to encounter.

Are they just toying with me or they're really just forgetful and do not really have much of mental hygiene? Despite having amnesia, self care keeps that causing as much problems, allowing my memory be on par with a typical persons?

Any insight on this or personal experiences would be appreciated.

I do not have ocd. But so many people around say things like "it's my ptsd/ocd/etc.." for just being particular. Having a disorder myself, I wouldn't say this, nor anyone I know that suffers from said disorder. I think I knew someone close to me that had been diagnosed with OCD, TW: >!some of the symptoms cause them to suicide!< As far as I can tell it sucks to have OCD!

So, I ask, can some share some light humored, witty, good things to say to others who do this?
