Struggling with remembering formulas for practice
I'm currently doing content review on physics/math and im doing the Kaplan books and watching KA videos and trying to do the practice problems in the preview chapters of the Kaplan book. Is it normal for me to be forgetting about formulas and needing to review the milesdown notes? I've also been trying to use milesdown anki deck to help with memorization but its hard for me to pull out so many formulas for the different topics.
I'm honestly quite overwhelmed i'm not sure if its just because physics was my weakest subject in uni I'm hoping that the orgo bioc and bio sections will be easier for me in terms of content review.
Does anyone have any advice on how to better memorize formulas or should I just start cranking out AAMC practice questions?
My exam is in 4 months.
