Hi everybody, currently in A levels ( almost completed AS levels, giving May/June series)

my subjects are : Biology, Business, EGP (English general paper) and IT (Information technology)

my_qualifications: Im still in 11th grade (giving my board exams now)

I plan in doing a Bachelor of Information Systems in UNSW Sydney.

I am an international student (studying in india)

I have a few questions..:

• do I need to give the SAT?
• what should be my average score in ILETS
• what should my final grades in A Levels be like (A*,A,B,C,D,E,F,U)
• Any extracurriculars that are required, that could potentially help with my application
• do I need python?
• scholarship, if so how to get one (merit based)
• I would be paying for the entirety of the 3 years, will be taking an education loan.
• what are the living standards? ( if I end up up living outside of university, and how much would it cost for dorms and other expenses such as WiFi, transport, food, personal hygiene)
• how are people like? whats the culture?

ok so I’m 16F, I’m in A levels (12th gradeJ I’m currently giving my board exams for AS levels (11th grade), the problem is every exam paper has been getting leaked, and when a paper gets leaked, grade boundaries go really high, some of my friends who have taken math have to give a resit because the paper got leaked and was solved on YouTube the night before, but this isn’t the problem in my case...

I plan on doing a bachelor of information systems in Australia (UNSW Sydney), my a-level grades matter a LOT. I have 4 subjects which are extremely important, one of which is business, due to the paper getting leaked grade boundaries are gonna shoot up, the grade boundary for this paper is already very very high for an A grade you need a 37/40. my 11th grade is worth 50% of my final 12th mark sheet. this is making me worried because, every subject that I have written the paper got leaked…

i don’t what I just yapped over there but, im in online school and becwsue of the my social life came down to an absolute 0 and moreover I need to get tf out of india, not because I hate it, just so that I get to have the freedom of just being by myself, I’m basically the 2nd parent for my sibiling, my dad gives me some projects and tells me to build on them (which I understand he’s doing them for my own good, and I completely respect his choices), but my dads the type of guy to say college is useless build something on your own and be rich (fyi he was an engineer), I do get most of his part but then he started yapping about online college, and I went hell no. I’m not gonna sacrifice my 3 years of peak adulthood into online college that’s bull shit. I’ve kind of eased my mom I totally the whole Australia thing, I don’t know how to break it to my dad.…

and my dad told I will be paying for my own college, so now I need to take an education loan. I need to give some exams and stuff which is fine. now you may be wondering why would go abroad if I’m paying for college myself p, well ever since I got into online school after 10th grade, everybody in my family thinks I’m jobless, that they put me in online school because I got bad grades or whatever, and well I also quit my professional tennis career like 3 years ago. the only way I can prove that I am finally capable of achieving something is by going outside of india (it may sound super unoriginal and super cliche) but whatever.

now I’m really concerned for my grades cause I have biology as a subject (don’t ask why) I was expected to get a B but now I might get an A in it and the rest which are business and IT I might end up getting a C grade, and an ACC is horrible. you can improve from B-A* but from C-A is very difficult, and I’m very nervous for my results out in August, and I’m like getting anxiety from all this, the most important subjects if I end up getting these grades I’m doomed, all because some people would not study and kept leaking papers, I’m so mad that because of them grade boundaries will shoot up, now I’m not saying I’ve done my absolutely well, I have done some mistakes in my paper that won’t make me sleep, but my chances of getting atlesdt an ABB is doomed.

i thought of breaking the Australia university thing to my dad after my results because I was very pumped about my mock results ,and expecting my boards to go the same aswell, but now I don’t know if I can because I’ll just feel like an absolute failure, I really don’t know how to break it to my dad…..i cant be a failure , I have to prove one time that I am capable of doing something right for once… I don’t know what to do atp

edit: both my parents are very supportive and loving, my dad just has the unconventional root of success, I don’t hate online school I prefer it less 👍🏻

why the hell are the marking schemes for this paper so damn petty 😭😭
I was looking at candidate responses and damn, the examiners care about every little detail like, now its making em think whether I can get a 60 a over (out of 70)
Even the most detailed response is getting like 6/8 ( even for high level answers)

give me some tips!! Those who have already completed their AS levels how did you guys frame your answers?
