SHOWING OFF MY CUTESY SLEEVES 🩷 (ft. Charmeleon and Swablu Connecting Art)

I found these Butterfly sleeves online recently and I thought it was super cute! I usually use the Heart Sleeves for my common cards as well 🩷 I have another that's flower-shaped but it doesn't look as nice 😅

I thought the sleeves were fitting for the card-art story too HAHA Charmeleon out here wanting to make friends, and Swablu (butter-)flying away 🤣

Saya Tsurata Collection + Custom Proxies

My collection is almost complete! The remaining shinies, the mew, and the dudunsparce are still in transit, but I was excited to show off my almost complete collection after searching for a few months for affordable options for the cards! (Still cant believe I bought some of these at a super low price compared to MP haha). I just need the promos, but I cant afford those yet 😅.

I also added some of my custom common cards turned into full art proxies to make it more aesthetic! ❤️

If you also have a Saya Tsurata Collection, hi there! I think you're cool and have good taste too hahaha I wonder how other people arrange their binders tho! I never tried the Michi Method, but I think it would also look very pretty

I'llbe posting my full collection on my FB Page soon, but I was too excited to post here today haha

Am I in the wrong?

Just wanted to get some perspective on a situation I recently dealt with as a casual seller on Facebook.

I don't run a formal shop; I just occasionally sell my custom proxy cards to share my creations with the community. My posts explicitly state that these cards are handmade, meaning they aren't perfect, and that buyers should purchase at their own risk.

Recently, a buyer purchased a ₱120 proxy card (with some freebies—just real common cards). Upon receiving it, she was unsatisfied when she saw that the card had some mistakes on the borders (There were some minor spots— or maybe its minor for me and a major error for someone else), and that I did not give them the same card in the picture that she picked (one of the three identical pictures named "Copy 1,2,3" respectively), and wanted a full refund. She called me a liar and mentioned multiple times that I scammed/decieved her.

Since she was really disappointed with it, I offered her a 50% refund and the option to keep the card, given I had said "buy at your own risk" in the post, but she declined. Full disclosure: I sent a video of me packing the card, but maybe the light did not make it appear that there were mistakes.

She wanted to return the card, but insisted that I issue the full refund immediately after she dropped it off at the courier. I told her that I would issue the full refund only after I actually received the card back to verify.

Because I wouldn't refund her immediately at drop-off, she stated she would post our transaction on Facebook for "awareness" unless I agreed to her terms, stating that it was my fault in the first place and demanded why I wouldn't give her back her money. She even sent me a "vouch thread" and said that she has been selling in the hobby for more than a year, and provided "examples" of a correct posting—her own posts. She also mentioned it was intended as a gift for her boyfriend, and that she was disappointed, and that she had a bad day.

After much argument, I told her I'll think about it first, but she didn't even give me the time to think as she threatened to post me and my "shop" (I told her already I don't sell things for a living, only to share my creations of which I only had 2 posts about it —not in that particular wording) if I don't give her her money right after the drop off. She said "Ito na lang option mo."

Given that I was already dealing with an incredibly painful week (that changed my life) personally, I decided it wasn't worth the time or energy to argue over ₱120+shipping. So I sent her the refund.

She told me she would still drop it off via LBC and demanded that I pay the 96 SF for it immediately, as well. In my head, I thought it was unfair because I offered her a 70% off discount on shipping when I sent the cards to her (I had a voucher) which only amounted to 36, and I know that in actual TCG websites, the buyer pays for any returns, but instead I told her no, and that she can keep it instead and if she proceeds, I would likely refuse to accept the parcel.

Honestly, I felt harassed, and I ended up losing the money and the card just to protect my peace of mind, but it’s been bothering me. She said she did not harass me, but added that "being deceived like this is disappointing." and that "Next time you sell something, post the actual product." I understand where she's coming from, and while I don't want to sell any of my creations anymore, I just want to know if I am in the wrong in this scenario? What should I have done differently?
