Remodeled our kitchen and slowly decorating it!

2nd photo is the before when we first saw the house before buying it. I missed having green cabinets in my kitchen!

He was very upset I didn’t share the chips and dip

Ignore the dog hair… it’s never ending with three

Before and after of our kitchen renovation

I absolutely adore my kitchen now! We did more of a “mid level” renovation as we are a military family and will be moving again in a couple years.

We kept the cabinets and raised the countertops. Added under cabinet lightening too!

Another baby in the backyard

Southeastern five lined skink, we have them all over our backyard! This one was so little.

This backyard makes me SO happy

One year difference since we moved in. It was a completely empty backyard with just a shed.

The site of a ripening bell pepper makes me way too happy

Every year a bug or sunburn would get to my peppers before they were able to fully ripen. This year I think we’ve got success!!

All of my peppers are really thriving right now!

I’m growing a couple varieties of bell and then banana, jalapeno, poblano, anaheim, jimmy nardello, cayenne and chocolate habanero. Everything I grew from seed!

Milkweed stem splitting

I have never seen this before so wanted to get some advice. It appears to be growing healthy otherwise!

Turned our empty backyard into our oasis!

We bought our home a little over a year ago and the backyard was completely empty except for a shed!

Now we’ve got raised beds, several fruit trees and bushes, rose bushes, native flowers and bushes and a barrel sauna.

Last two photos are the before photos :)

My favorite place to be. One year difference!

Our backyard was completely empty when we bought our house a year ago and now it’s my little oasis 🥰

▲ 0 r/Celiac

Does anyone have celiac that I really only manifests as DH?

I’m 37 years old. My rash started after a two week trip to France where I ate a tremendous amount more of gluten then I usually do. So far my blood test has been negative and my endoscopy looked normal but I’m waiting on biopsy results. I don’t have any stomach issues, just this super itchy rash that tends to show up symmetrical but not always. I have it on my elbows, upper thighs, lower back, back of shoulders, sides of fingers and then intense itchy in my genital area (with no yeast infection). I see another dermatologist Monday and will be requesting a biopsy because the first one said it was simply from “sweating” and prescribed two steroid creams that don’t help at all. The only thing that helps some is diaper cream and then sitz baths.
