[PJO/HOO] Grover Underwood is my hyperfixation, my favorite, and a victim of the plot. Let's talk about it.

Hey everyone, I’m HappyGrovverAndPlagg. I really need to vent to this community because I haven’t told anyone in my family about how deep my current obsession goes. You guys are my safe space right now, and I genuinely need your thoughts and advice.A bit of background: I first read TLT in 6th grade but didn't look back. Last year (8th grade), my friends kept hyping up the mythology and the series, so I dove headfirst into PJO. Lately, this hyperfixation has hit me like a truck. Specifically, Grover Underwood. Last year, I bought the entire HOO series just to see him, and the fact that he was barely in it left me so disappointed and frustrated.Right now, I am completely obsessed with the TV show. The movies were terrible at first—they made Grover a total joke—though now I can watch the first movie purely as an alternate universe comedy. But the Disney+ show? Watching it gives me this weird mix of shock, excitement, and sometimes letdown. The show feels a bit cold and severe compared to the books, especially with the action sequences, but it has become my ultimate comfort zone. I’ve been stuck in this loophole of rewatching scenes for days.I don't have this unhealthy obsession with the original books because reading them feels like a warm, genuine connection. But the show—despite its colder tone—triggered this perfectionist obsession in me.To me, Grover is easily one of the most important characters in the universe, but he is also a massive victim of Rick Riordan's writing focus. Why Grover is elite:If he hadn't found Percy at Yancy Academy, the entire series wouldn't even exist. He was Thalia’s protector and took that heavy burden. He found Nico and Bianca di Angelo. Finding two demigods at once is insanely rare.He actually found Pan and was chosen by him.He became the Lord of the Wild, a member of the Council, and a genuine leader. Why he is a victim of the plot:The series focuses so much on demigods that satyrs, cyclopes, and centaurs feel completely nerfed. It makes me so mad that Grover is always portrayed as weak in combat. In HOO, he had the resources of the Wild to help the Seven, but he got replaced by Coach Hedge. I don't hate Hedge, but his aggressive nature just made me miss Grover's empathy.I feel like Grover's protector skills are heavily underappreciated. People blame him for Thalia, but he was protecting three demigods at once without abandoning anyone. (And honestly, they were right next to the camp. Thalia chose to stand and fight; Grover didn't fail her. Don't hate me, but logistically, it's true.)He endured Yancy Academy and bullies like Nancy just to keep Percy safe. He literally went to the Underworld hoping to find Pan.Even in the show, the Medusa scene where he flies away and misses her completely ruined the book dynamic for me, where he actually tries to help avenge his Uncle Ferdinand.By TLO, his screen time started shrinking, and HOO completely sidelined him. Thankfully, I managed to read the PDFs of The Burning Maze (ToA) and The Chalice of the Gods (CotG) to get my closure. HOO simply has too many characters and plotlines; it always makes me homesick for the intimacy of PJO.I really need to read your opinions on this to help clear my head.Do you think Grover is weak just because he represents nature, or is he a genuinely great but sidelined character? How do you feel about the PJO vs. HOO character dynamics? What roles do you think Grover should have played in HOO?What are your overall thoughts on Grover?Lastly, as someone with a perfectionist mindset, how do I break out of this intense show/character obsession? Thanks for reading.

You guys are my safe space right now, and I genuinely need your thoughts and advice.

A bit of background: I first read TLT in 6th grade but didn't look back. Last year (8th grade), my friends kept hyping up the mythology and the series, so I dove headfirst into PJO. Lately, this hyperfixation has hit me like a truck. Specifically, Grover Underwood. Last year, I bought the entire HOO series just to see him, and the fact that he was barely in it left me so disappointed and frustrated.

Right now, I am completely obsessed with the TV show. I’ve been stuck in this loophole of rewatching scenes for days.

I don't have this unhealthy obsession with the original books because reading them feels like a warm, genuine connection. But the show—despite its colder tone—triggered this perfectionist obsession in me.

To me, Grover is easily one of the most important characters in the universe, but he is also a massive victim of Rick Riordan's writing focus.

Why Grover is elite:

  1. If he hadn't found Percy at Yancy Academy, the entire series wouldn't even exist.

  2. He was Thalia’s protector and took that heavy burden.

  3. He found Nico and Bianca di Angelo. Finding two demigods at once is insanely rare.

  4. He actually found Pan and was chosen by him.

  5. He became the Lord of the Wild, a member of the Council, and a genuine leader.

Why he is a victim of the plot:

  1. The series focuses so much on demigods that satyrs, cyclopes, and centaurs feel completely nerfed. It makes me so mad that Grover is always portrayed as weak in combat.

  2. In HOO, he had the resources of the Wild to help the Seven, but he got replaced by Coach Hedge. I don't hate Hedge, but his aggressive nature just made me miss Grover's empathy.

  3. I feel like Grover's protector skills are heavily underappreciated. People blame him for Thalia, but he was protecting three demigods at once without abandoning anyone. (And honestly, they were right next to the camp. Thalia chose to stand and fight; Grover didn't fail her. Don't hate me, but logistically, it's true.)

  4. He endured Yancy Academy and bullies like Nancy just to keep Percy safe. He literally went to the Underworld hoping to find Pan.

Even in the show, the Medusa scene where he flies away and misses her completely ruined the book dynamic for me, where he actually tries to help avenge his Uncle Ferdinand.

By TLO, his screen time started shrinking, and HOO completely sidelined him. Thankfully, I managed to read the PDFs of The Burning Maze (ToA) and The Chalice of the Gods (CotG) to get my closure. HOO simply has too many characters and plotlines; it always makes me homesick for the intimacy of PJO.

I really need to read your opinions on this to help clear my head.

• Do you think Grover is weak just because he represents nature, or is he a genuinely great but sidelined character?

• How do you feel about the PJO vs. HOO character dynamics?

• What roles do you think Grover should have played in HOO?

•What are your overall thoughts on Grover?

• Lastly, as someone with a perfectionist mindset, how do I break out of this intense show/character obsession?

Thanks for reading.

Love you guys.

Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine

"By running away, you don't prevent the catastrophe; you only delay it. And it will come back to haunt you terribly."

(Sass)

Dear Miraculous fans,

I want to share a concept for an alternative universe (AU) story I've been working on. It’s an origin story that explores the dark and tragic reason behind Plagg's careless, cynical, lazy, and camembert-obsessed personality.

Energetic Kwamis and Plagg's Anomaly

In the original show, I found the magical, cute mascot trope a bit too childish, so I came up with a more realistic and grounded lore.

In this universe, Kwamis are entities created from pure energy in animal forms. They possess an innate, active energy system. The internal system of each Kwami accelerates, slows down, stops, or mobilizes this energy according to their will. It is as natural and effortless for them as breathing; the energy flow is fully automated. But... Plagg is an exception.

Plagg was born with a defect in his system. Unlike the others, his energy cannot remain stable. In other Kwamis, energy stirs up in their "core" (located in the chest area, the main powerhouse for Kwamis) and stops once the task is done. In Plagg’s case, his core is perpetually active, but his containment system is entirely passive. His energy fluctuates violently based on his emotions, constantly leaking out or exploding.

Plagg’s ultimate nightmare is hurting Stella, the other Kwamis, the villagers, or destroying the town when his energy overflows. Because of this fear, he spends every waking moment trying to suppress, lock down, and stop the energy inside himself.

However, the real issue is that energy is meant to flow and find a direction, not to be bottled up and erased. When you trap energy, it lashes out violently. Since we are talking about the energy of Destruction, Plagg’s containment failures inevitably lead to terrible accidents and ruin.

The local community and the Kwamis are deeply divided on how to handle Plagg. Here is the breakdown of the factions and characters:

Characters

1. Plagg

2. Stella Sunshine (The Kwami of Order, featuring a white dove motif)

3. Tikki

4. Wayzz

5. Trixx

6. Sass

7. Nooroo

8. Duusuu

9. Kaalki

10. Barkk

11. Pollen

12. Fluff

13. Longg

14. Mullo

15. Xuppu

16. Stompp

17. Ziggy

18. Daizzi

19. Orikko

20. Urkesh kasabası

21. Urkesh kralı

22. Urkesh kraliçesi

Character Factions & Polarizations

The Townspeople (Urkesh Villagers):

1. The Fearful: A large portion of the town believes Plagg is cursed. They think his energy destroys everything without even touching it. They are terrified of being near him, and the moment they see Plagg, they run away in panic.

2. The Critics: This group doesn't believe in the curse, but they view Plagg's energy as a constant burden that everyone else has to clean up. They make it their personal mission to insult Plagg, constantly throwing his mistakes in his face to make him feel small.

3. The Empaths: A very small minority recognizes how hard Plagg is struggling. They see that he is constantly fighting to hold his energy back. Instead of calling him a "monster," they genuinely want to help him.

The Kwamis:

Stella and Tikki are the first to perceive the hidden order within Plagg’s chaos.

Nooroo, Duusuu, and Wayzz know that Plagg is not a monster and want to support him.

Sass believes Plagg is absolutely not a threat; rather, he recognizes that Plagg is sacrificing his own well-being to control his power for the sake of everyone else. However, as noted in the opening quote, Sass warns that whether Plagg guides the energy or not, he is only temporarily delaying an inevitable disaster. If the energy keeps building up, it will eventually explode.

The Majority of the Kwamis are strictly against Plagg and the disruption he brings. When they see him, their attitude is a bitter mix of anger and fear.

Over time, Plagg has internalized the "monster" label thrown at him. Because he constantly causes accidental destruction, he believes the critics and the fearful are entirely right about him.

This is where Stella Sunshine comes in. Instead of forcing Plagg to suppress his power, she will teach him how to guide and channel it. The story chronicles Plagg's intense, energetic, and emotional journey.

Setting

-> The Town of Urkesh

-> The Forest

-> The Beach

-> An ancient, ruined castle

-> A high cliffside overlooking the abyss

Timeline

B.C. (Before Christ) — Long before the Miracle Box and the Miraculous jewelry were ever invented.

This is just the core concept for now! Feel free to adapt, rewrite, or change the character details as you wish.

Hope you all enjoy the concept!

High Potential, High Spending

Hello, dear Miraculous fans.

I can say that I never get tired of writing story concepts, because I find it fun to turn instant ideas into concepts without dragging them out for too long. But today it crossed my mind to write down my critiques of the original series for you. Actually, I had done this before, but it might not be visible since my previous account was permanently banned. However, in this text, I will state my critiques point by point; the show is great in terms of show potential and the kwami universe, but the potential always goes to waste due to its own underlying reasons.

First of all, I must apologize in advance if I touch upon the same points as everyone else. I have quite a few things I want to write about (there were around 26-27 points before), so I will list them item by item to help me recall what is in my head. Let's begin:

  1. The name of the show is Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. Meaning, Cat Noir is also there. But only on paper. The action sequences are not like that at all; they are entirely Ladybug-centric. Ladybug does everything, Ladybug plans everything, Ladybug always saves the day, Ladybug keeps secrets... Cat Noir, on the other hand, is just a character who fights to buy Ladybug time, constantly sacrifices himself just to make Ladybug shine, gets repeatedly hit by enemies, and stands beside Ladybug like a sidekick pawn.Ladybug is constantly evolving, summoning new heroes, becoming the guardian, gaining new powers, sharing her secret identity with her friends, and even her plans turn into smarter, more advanced versions. As for Cat Noir, at most, he develops alongside Ladybug, and that's it. Even that development might not be exceptionally fast enough to be noticeable. In how many episodes does Ladybug fight and win on her own without Cat Noir, but Cat Noir is completely useless without Ladybug. Do you know why? Because the central character, the main character Ladybug, is put on a pedestal, and to make her look smart, Cat Noir is diminished and downgraded to a troublemaking character.

  1. When they introduced the Yin and Yang concept, they initially presented creation and destruction as two equal, complementary halves. Two parts where one cannot exist without the other. But in action scenes, creation was presented as a flawless power that solves everything perfectly, while destruction was portrayed like a curse that completely obliterates everything, making it disastrous to use or even touch. Furthermore, the Miraculous Ladybug and Akuma de-evilization have nothing to do with creation. De-evilizing an Akuma purifies negative energy, so it should have been Cat Noir's power. The Miraculous Ladybug doesn't create anything new; it rewinds things back to how they used to be, which actually belongs to Sass's power.

  1. Chloé was showing a very beautiful heroic character development. Granted, she was arrogant, spoiled, and annoying, but we knew she was just a girl who wanted to be loved, and we knew she admired Ladybug and Adrien. She was learning how to be a hero and taking responsibility; in other words, she was a real character. But instead of progressing her arc, they turned her into a character even worse than before—almost like a pure villain born to be evil. And they replaced her with Zoé, making her a flawless character. Her departure from Paris in Season 5 was also truly awful.

  1. The Zodiac Miraculouses in the Miracle Box seem to have been put there purely for the sake of adding more powers and Miraculouses; they don't have any strong attributes.

Orikko... It’s very vague; its power just manifests based on the scene in the episode, but it doesn't represent a specific concept or power. And because it's so convenient, it devalues the other Miraculouses."

Ziggy is just a knock-off copy of Tikki.Roarr is another knock-off copy of Plagg.Stompp giving invulnerability in battle is nice, but it is just a knock-off copy of Wayzz.

  1. The events are always the same.

An Akuma appears -> The heroes arrive -> Ladybug makes a plan using her Lucky Charm -> The villain is defeated and everything is fixed with the Miraculous Ladybug -> The chaos that occurred is undone.

The exact same cycle repeats, though some episodes do feature new situations and breaks in the cycle. Thank goodness those parts are still very beautiful and highly entertaining to watch.

  1. Marinette's love is not love; it is an obsession. Adrien's entire schedule is hung up in her room, and his pictures are all over the place. Her embarrassment and stuttering whenever she sees Adrien have gone way past being comedic. In fact, Marinette is not in love with Adrien himself, but rather with the image of the perfect Adrien she has created in her imagination. I think the episode Ephemeral is an example of this.

  1. Marinette/Ladybug is written as overly good, flawless, almost like a Mary Sue. She doesn't face the consequences of her mistakes, nothing she does is ever labeled as truly bad, and even her borderline-stalking behaviors or terrible decisions are watered down to comedy or simple human errors. Despite this, even if Cat Noir experiences justified sadness, or feels excluded and angry, he is immediately written off as an "irresponsible kid." If it were any other character, their emotions would directly be treated as a mistake.

  1. Major turning points like identity reveals, lessons learned, and love triangles vanish in the very next episode as if they never happened, reverting right back to the old status quo loop.

  1. Plagg constantly talking about cheese should be toned down slightly to a more balanced frequency, and Tikki should stop being a childish character written like a flawless, all-knowing guide. We should have seen more of Kwamis like Trixx, Sass, Wayzz, Duusu, and Nooroo on screen.

  1. The romance scenes should have been more balanced, and we definitely should have seen more of the Kwamis' backstories and flashback scenes.

  1. I apologize if this sounds harsh, but the Season 5 finale was a complete fiasco. Throughout all the seasons, the villain was Gabriel—Adrien's OWN father—and we should have finally seen Adrien discover his father's secret, leading to a father-son confrontation. Instead, we got an outsider girl turning into the villain. On top of that, to "protect" Adrien, she lied to him, to Alya, to Cat Noir, and to the whole world, making Gabriel look like he was the victim and the one suffering. To make matters worse, Adrien doesn't even know that HE HIMSELF is a sentimonster, but Marinette knows. This is entirely an attempt to make the main character shine, an effort to boost the Mary Sue.

That is all for now. If you have your own critiques, you can share them on Reddit, social media, or within the fandom. Goodbye to you all.

Best regards,

Selin Ece Yılmaz

Plagg or Blacke

Blacke (Human Plagg)

Hello, dear Miraculous fans.

In my previous text, I mentioned "Tales of Plagg and Lina." This time, I'm writing about a new story between that one and "Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine": Plagg or Blacke.

An event that took place months before the Fellavi destroyed the castle, before everyone moved to China, and before Mellody came into existence; a turning point, but also setting the stage for the castle's destruction.

According to a story told by one of the masters one day:

"There was a mysterious device used centuries ago, but its whereabouts were unknown. The device contained an energy that could completely change the Kwamis' systems. There were rumors that if the Kwamis received that energy, they would transform into humans, but the device disappeared some time after it was invented and used. Some say it's in an old, dark mansion in Finland, while others say it's already broken. But no one has been able to find where it is."

This situation intrigued the students and sparked debates among them. Did such a device really exist? Could kwamis transform into humans? Where was the device now? Did it still exist? What was this mansion?

Some students thought of only one place:

The Black Mansion, nearby but forbidden to enter.

And among the students, Fellavi, a successful but very ambitious individual, emerged and made his decision:

He would find the device, show it to the masters, and prove himself a true guardian.

That evening, Sebastian, who was secretly escaping with a group of friends, was caught between following the rules and loyalty. But he quickly planned to go and bring his friends back and parted ways with Plagg. But this was where the real events were about to begin.

At the mansion, Fellavi and Sebastian encounter each other, but during their argument and scuffle, they open a secret room. (Actually, Fellavi, without realizing it, grabs the lever, causing it to open and the bookshelf to move, leaving a gap.) They had found the device; such a device truly existed. But Fellavi, unable to control his personal ambitions (actually, Fellavi had promised himself he would take the device directly to the masters. But he changed his mind when he realized he could use that golden energy for many things), accidentally activates the device while tugging at it, and some of the yellow energy hits Plagg directly. (Plagg had come out into the open, having stopped hiding to calm the crowd. But he never imagined that the energy would hit him.) They manage to stop it by breaking the device, but since Plagg is unharmed, they assume it's a fake and quickly return to the castle. But in their haste, they don't realize Plagg is still there, and by the time they do, it's too late.

From the moment he first awakens, Plagg learns to experience and adapt to human emotions and suffering. But if Fellavi and Sebastian's actions are revealed, they could be exiled from their guard post. Because transforming a kwami into a human is one of the most forbidden and dangerous things. Therefore, Plagg leaves the city, trying to find a suitable place, and abandons the castle.

The story continues with Blacke (Plagg's human name) encountering the human world, adapting, and trying to hide his kwami identity and remain among humans; while Fellavi and Sebastian, who understand from clues that Plagg has transformed into a human, are criticized by the entire school for their actions, and the story focuses on the school's and city's efforts to find Plagg.

That's all I've written for now, otherwise writing the details would be too much and too long. But if anything else comes to mind, it would be fun to share it with you. That's all for today.

Love,

Selin Ece Yılmaz

Tales of Plagg and Lina

TALES OF PLAGG AND LINA: COLD GUARDIANSHIPS

Hello, dear Miraculous fans.

We are together again after the "Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine" concepts. This time, I will tell you about the "Tales of Plagg and Lina" universe. Actually, it is from the "Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine 2" concept. The story takes place in an alternate universe. While it was born merely as an idea, you can turn it into a real story:

In this universe, Master Fu and Wayzz fled to Istanbul instead of Paris after the destruction of the temple. However, just like in the original series, he lost the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous back in the mountains of Tibet.

Except here, it is not Gabriel who finds them, but a man named Hasan Yıldız. During his university years, he found the Miraculous while on a trip with his friends. At first, he thought it was a regular brooch and kept it. Later, thinking it might be a historical artifact, he took it to a museum. Hasan eventually married and had a child, but his fate took a turn for the worse over the years. His wife, Sinem, passed away. Having learned about the Miraculous over the years, Hasan wanted to use them to fix his life and stole the very Miraculous he had brought to the museum. In other words, a villain has gone into action once again. He uses the Butterfly Miraculous under the name Dark Moth.

From this point on, the story resembles the original series, but with a few differences:

  1. When choosing a hero, Master Fu wants to pick only one. Initially, he wants to choose Tikki, but after what the last Ladybug miraculous holder did, he gives up on that idea to protect the Miraculous. Only a few options remain:

• Either Plagg will be given to a holder,

• Or Master Fu will become a hero again (but Wayzz strongly opposed this idea),

• Or the holder would be chosen for one of the side Miraculous.

Although he really wanted to go with the last option, he realized that a powerful Miraculous would be harder to capture, so he felt forced to give out the Cat Miraculous. However, in this universe, there is a very strict rule regarding Plagg being given to a holder:

"No matter who it is, no holder of the Cat Miraculous can ever assume guardianship."

This rule has been enforced for centuries, which is why Plagg has never had a Guardian holder since the Miraculous were created. (In fact, more than half of the Guardians were holders of Wayzz, while some of the remaining kwamis \[Trixx, Sass, Pollen, Kaalki, Xuppu\] had Guardians. Trixx even had multiple Guardian holders.) Even though Plagg felt excluded being among the most powerful kwamis without a Guardian, he followed the rule for the greater good...

Anyway, I made this a bit long, but:

Actually, Fu only finds one holder, but the Guardians are well aware of Plagg’s Urkesh story. Even just thinking about that energy terrifies them so much that they experience strange feelings and fears, as if anyone they encounter could become a Guardian and Plagg's energy would overflow everywhere.

However, Fu believes this holder will be a normal person, and he goes out with Wayzz to search for one. They observe the streets all day, but no one like what they are looking for appears. Just as they are about to give up and return home, Fu is subjected to "old man" mockery by a street group on the road. At that moment, a quiet girl appears, rescues Fu, and sits him down on a bench. It starts with a simple encounter, but it is clear from her behavior alone that this girl (named Lina Yıldız) is moral and smart. Fu has finally found his holder...

Lina experiences the same self-confidence issues that Marinette faced in the original series. But she also gradually adapts. Her hero name is Cat Noir. (It reminds me of Adrien, which is why I didn't change the name.)

Similar to Marinette, after Lina meets Fu, she begins to distribute Miraculous to the friends she meets to stop the escalating battles. Furthermore, Lina is a very bright, intelligent girl who deeply cares about others. However, before becoming a guardian, she will not be aware of Plagg’s secret...

The identity of the Guardian becomes completely clear to Dark Moth when Master Fu appears before him one day after gathering various clues.

In his final plan, Dark Moth akumatizes Sera—a malicious, arrogant girl at Lina’s school—and manages to seize the Miraculous box. This is where the real turning point begins:

Master Fu has transformed and weakened the enemy, but he can no longer protect the Miraculous. When the enemy manages to make one last move, Fu's decision becomes absolute:

Lina had to become the guardian. It was their only choice. But doing this would also break the rule; what about Plagg’s energy...Yet, Fu still spoke those famous words, this time for Cat Noir:

"I, Wang Fu, hereby relinquish the Miraculous Box. And I declare Cat Noir the new Guardian."

After saying these words, the Miraculous box transformed, turning into a black box covered in green lines and thin slits, bearing claw symbols. Additionally, a yellow-colored energy emerged from Lina’s costume and blended into the air. Plagg's lock was broken; the flow was now open!

From this point on, it diverges from the original series. I will write about the episodes I have in mind in the next text; otherwise, this text will become way too long. But I want to share some interesting facts with you:

In the original series, the temple in China was destroyed. In this universe, however, another place was destroyed before that, because:

The training ground before China was inside an old castle in Finland. Furthermore, women could also be guardians back then, but it was permanently banned after the last incident.

A female student named Fellavi was initially someone who fulfilled her responsibilities and followed the order of the castle. However, with the arrival of a later male holder named Sebastian, she felt she had lost everyone's favor. Sebastian was a very smart, rational, and quiet person. In fact, that was why he was given the Cat Miraculous, and he managed it truly wonderfully. Moreover, thanks to Sebastian, some people began to look favorably upon Plagg. But this situation was driving Fellavi mad with rage. She was jealous that a newly arrived know-it-all had become everyone’s favorite. She also viewed everyone bonding with a "monster" (Plagg) as a lack of discipline. Because even though Fellavi loved the other kwamis, she had never looked upon Plagg with a kind eye. To her, whether his energy was free or locked, Plagg was always a monster who didn't even know what he was doing, and she saw even the slightest conversation with Plagg as setting the stage for disaster.

(By the way, because Sebastian used Plagg as a student before becoming a guardian, Plagg's lock was present back then too.)

That is why both her eyes and her mind were practically blinded. To show what a true guardian was like, to be the best guardian, and to completely sideline Plagg, she secretly went to the grand hall where the Miraculous boxes were kept one evening and took the Peacock Miraculous. She put it on and transformed. Driven by the revenge, arrogance, and jealousy she felt, she created her own kwami, Mellody. According to her, Mellody would be even better than the other kwamis. For Mellody's jewelry, she used the Rooster Miraculous—which at the time was kept in a different Miraculous box than the others in the original series—and made herself an accessory. To introduce Mellody to everyone, she woke up all the students and guardian teachers. Most of the students were fascinated by this new kwami and its jewelry, but Fellavi wouldn't even listen to the masters' warnings or the objecting students. Yet, since kwamis are entities representing concepts, Fellavi creating her own kwami under the theme of "music" was both against the systems and rules, and highly dangerous. Stepping inside to see what was happening, Sebastian learned right then that Fellavi was jealous of him. His final words were magnificent, and everyone listened emotionally. But instead of giving up, Fellavi succumbed to her stubbornness; she put on Mellody’s Miraculous—the hairclip—and transformed. The costume was entirely purple, showing the purple energy of the feather, adorned only with doll-like ornaments made of Mellody's black energy. Since Fellavi envisioned projecting musical energy through a short, flute-shaped instrument as her power, that was now part of the costume as well. However, Mellody’s power did not stem from a universal concept, and a music kwami actually already existed anyway. Fellavi’s kwami’s energy merely made a few sounds and represented no other concept beyond that. And because Fellavi had created it, it was uncontrolled. It was flinging itself from side to side, tossing everything around. Fellavi could not control the energy, and as it kept crashing into the castle walls, the walls began to crack and collapse after a short while. While the students evacuated in a panic, the masters were gathering the Miraculous boxes. Eventually, the castle was completely destroyed. When the energy finally stopped, Fellavi—fleeing from the shouting masters and the students staring at her from a distance—accidentally tripped. As she fell to the ground, Mellody's hairclip plunged into the abyss below. Caught in a state of utter helplessness, Fellavi fled far away...

After staying temporarily in various places for a while, the students and masters settled into a temple they encountered during their travels in China—until that place, too, was destroyed due to Fu's mistake...

While Mellody's Miraculous was found by Hasan during that trip, Fellavi grew to loathe the guardians, the rules, and Plagg. Desiring to set everything right, their presence will not even be noticed until she directly confronts Lina...

In other words, while Adrien, Félix, and Kagami are sentimonsters in the original series, in this universe, a kwami named Mellody is a sentimonster.

That's all for now, dear

Best regards

The Miraculous Exception: The Chaos of Order

Hello, fellow Miraculous fans!I'm back with another post. As we know, three texts from the "Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine" universe have already taken their place in the fandom community. In this post, we’re going to discuss a specific topic: Do Kwamis exist out of pure energy, and is Plagg's system actually "broken," or is it just a misunderstood difference? You can find all the details below.

See you again soon

Selin Ece Yılmaz

Happy reading!

Energetic KwamisIn the original show, Kwamis are abstract, cosmic little creatures that have existed for billions of years. Their true forms aren't exactly like this... But I use this concept for two reasons:

  1. When it's more concrete yet still fantasy, it's easier for me to imagine.

  2. Please forgive me for this, but when writing stories, I’m a bit obsessed with making things realistic and magic-free. This is because I also daydream about the story while at school. But don't worry, the AI characterized this story as "science + fantasy." I hope it turns out to be a fun mix!

Now, let's get into the energy aspect;Kwamis came into existence as forms of different energies like "creation, destruction, protection, time, and illusion." Actually, I originally pictured them as small creatures just like in the original show, but the AI misunderstood it a bit and shared images where the Kwamis looked like real animals. I'll probably imagine them like that from now on when visualizing the story.

The second topic: What is this system, and why is Plagg's an exception?

To prevent their energy from overflowing, every Kwami has an internal energy circulation system. When the energy core (located around their chest) activates, the energy stirs and moves according to the Kwami's will—speeding up, slowing down, or stopping. This means they don't even need to think about the energy itself; they just focus on the task at hand.

But...

Plagg's energy is the energy of "destruction." Destruction never stops; it is a restless, chaotic, and heavy energy. A regular system cannot handle this. Therefore, his system shuts itself down and cannot perform the functions of stopping or slowing down. When the energy speeds up according to Plagg's emotional state, it just keeps overflowing (unless Plagg puts a stop to it)...

However, this is actually a good thing. If this potential is guided correctly, the constructive and orderly side of chaos reveals itself. Plagg just needs to remember one thing:Energy exists to flow, not to be suppressed. If you try to suppress or stop something so restless and heavy (especially when the core is right there in the chest), the energy builds up, accumulates, and eventually bursts. If it doesn't overflow, it wears you down and exhausts you even more. Being aware of this, Stella works to help Plagg "channel" his energy, not "control" it. But when you live in a community that only focuses on results and accidents, and you constantly fight against this energy, things get tough—especially for Plagg, since it's something he "cannot do"...

Yet, thanks to the support of Stella and the friends he met in Urfa, he overcomes this fear over time.(Apologies if the sentences are too long, this is how I write when I don't use AI. I'm not a professional writer, but sharing my ideas with you makes me happy).

Goodbye, everyone

In The Day Time, I Am Plagg

Hello everyone, Miraculous fans!

After the Tales of Plagg and Stella Sunshine concept, I'm back again. This time, I've brought you a poem, Plagg's poem...

Plagg will tell us about his love for Urkesh, his struggle with the "monster" inside him, how it restricts him in the free world, and how even his energy is subdued by Stella's calming bond. He'll tell us all in his own words...

Happy reading,

Selin Ece Yılmaz

😺😻🕊

...

In the daytime, I am Plagg...

Through those bustling streets of Urkesh,

Among the crowds of humanity,

In a land where steep mountains pierce the sky, and fierce waves crash upon the shore...

My steps are utterly free, the sky beneath me is wide open,

No cages, no chains,

I roam through the heart of nature, wide awake.

Yet within this boundless freedom,

Deep down in a hidden place,I wrestle every single night with a monster waiting to wake.

Those who look from the outside do not understand me,

All they see is a broken, ruined black cat.I hide that timid, distant fear within my eyes.

"He is nothing but destruction," they say

,"Where he steps, no grass grows, the soil withers away."

None know the storm raging inside; no matter who I cry out to, I am unheard.

In the middle of this beautiful town, I am the only misunderstood shade.

But there is one bond in the universe,

That turns all the rules upside down,

When I draw near her, even that towering monster inside grows still.

The fierce, pitch-black energy that could turn the coast and mountains to ash,

Quiets down with a single glance of hers,

Bows its knees before her, and melts away.

Still, fear is a bitter guide,

Leading my path astray,

Running from being called a monster, I make monstrous mistakes each day.

The more I fear causing hurt, the more I shatter things left and right,

Fleeing the beauty of Urkesh, seeking refuge in my own night.

But Stella...

She is my brilliant Sunshine, who refuses to let me go.

Wiping away the loneliness that even the mountains and seas couldn't erase, with just a single look.

I know that when she looks at me, she sees no blind catastrophe,

Beneath this wild destruction, she knows the priceless jewel hidden deep...

Turkish translation:

Gün içinde, ben Plagg...

Urkesh’in o hareketli sokaklarında

İnsan kalabalığının arasında

Sarp dağların göğe uzandığı, hırçın dalgaların sahile vurduğu bir diyarda...

Adımlarım alabildiğine hür, gökyüzü altımda alabildiğine açık,

Kafesler yok, zincirler yok,

doğanın kalbinde geziyorum uyanık.

Ama bu uçsuz bucaksız özgürlüğün içinde,

derinlerde bir yerde,

uyanmayı bekleyen bir canavarla pençeleşiyorum her gece.

Dışarıdan bakanlar anlamazlar beni

Tek gördükleri, yıkık dökük kara bir kedi

Gözlerimdeki o ürkek, mesafeli korkuyu saklarım.

"O sadece bir yıkım," derler,

Bastığı yerde ot bilmez, toprak biter

Kimse bilmez içimde kopan fırtınayı sesimi kime seslesem işitilmezim

Bu güzel kasabanın ortasında, anlaşılmamış tek gölgeyim.

Ama bir bağ var ki evrende,

tüm kuralları altüst eden,

Onun yanına vardığımda, içimdeki o devasa canavar bile siner.

Sahili, dağları kül edecek o hırçın, o karanlık enerji,

Onun bir tek bakışıyla durulur

önünde diz çöker ve erir.

Yine de korku kötü bir kılavuz

saptırıyor yolumu,

Beni canavar sanmalarından kaçarken, yine canavarca hatalar yapıyorum.

İncitmekten korktukça daha çok kırıyorum sağı solu,

Urkesh'in güzelliğinden kaçıp, kendi gölgeme sığınıyorum.

Fakat Stella...

The World of the Three Kwami: Wayzz, Sass, and Plagg

A Protective Longing: Wayzz

In the silence of the red box, watching the lively chatter of Marinette and Tikki, I feel that deep ache beneath my shell accumulated over centuries. In those ancient times when I lost my way trying to understand protection, I would have never found my direction without Stella's flawed yet perfect sense of order and Plagg's self-sacrificing soul; today, I long so deeply for Stella's balancing presence and guidance... Whenever this yearning suffocates me, my eyes drift toward Sass. I wouldn't trade our quiet conversations with that wise friend—who understands the flow of time better than anyone, where we communicate with just a single sigh—for anything. Sass always says time heals all wounds; yet, the sudden erasure of that indescribable bond I wove thread by thread with Master Fu over centuries, being wiped from his memory, still stings my heart like the very first day. I am molded by this colossal longing for the past, by the yearning for Stella’s order, Sass’s wisdom, and my Master’s warmth. Now, as I wait for a new bond to bloom beside this young, clever Guardian, I continue my vigil as that ancient shield, carrying the entire weight of the past and the hopes of the future upon my back.

Timeless Companion: Sass

While Wayzz retreats into his shell to reminisce about the past, I watch the endlessly flowing river of time. Humans think of the 'Second Chance' as a simple rewind spell; yet, with every single turn back, the entire weight of those unlived, lost moments and alternative agonies falls solely upon my shoulders. Time is the heaviest burden to carry; I realized this centuries ago while trying to rein in Plagg's unstoppable, destructive nature. In those ancient times, only I and the stars know how hard I strove to bring order to his chaos, to show him he was more than just destruction, and how many times I bent time until I was utterly exhausted... But after centuries of weariness, destiny brought me Luka. Luka... The calm melody in his soul, the pure rhythm in his heart, taught me that time isn't just a fleeting burden, but it can also be a perfect harmony. He is the serene song I have been searching for across millennia. Now, inside this red box, as I watch the echoes of Plagg's fierce past and Wayzz's never-ending, centuries-old longing, I carry Luka's peaceful tune in my heart, waiting with the belief that time will eventually heal every wound with the right rhythm.

The Search for Order in Chaos: Plagg

They think I’m careless, just sitting in the corner of the box gnawing on my cheese. Wayzz mourns the past, Sass calculates time... Meanwhile, every single second, I am digging my claws into that dark, hungry monster inside me, trying to suppress it: Destruction. Every time I brought disaster to the world, only Stella saw how I sacrificed myself to rein in my monstrous energy, only she read the guilt in my dark eyes... Stella was the only perfect order within my wild chaos, and her absence makes the weight of my destruction even heavier. For centuries, I ran away from myself, saying 'I only destroy.' But then... then came Adrien. He isn't just a boy wearing my miraculous; he is my companion, the one in whom I finally found myself, the one who looks at me and sees a true friend instead of a monster. His bruised yet loving heart is the only thing that lightens my centuries-old burden of destruction. I am Plagg; longing for Stella's order, a victim of the fate Sass tries to bend, but beside Adrien, a wounded cat who finally managed to be "more than just destruction".

(This text is from the era of 'Tales Of Plagg And Stella' and what happened after. The last part is a small paragraph he wrote while observing Marinette right now. And where he stands is inside the red box, right beside his kwami friends.)

ALTERNATIVE INNOVATIONS

  1. This story is an alternative concept exploring the past of the Kwamis.

  2. It details an alternative energy that Plagg used to possess but is currently locked away. His struggle with this energy forms the core of the story.

  3. The Kwami Stella Sunshine and the human characters are fan-made, alternative characters.

  4. In the original series, Plagg is seen as a careless, cheese-addicted, selfish but loyal character. This alternative story explains why he actually became this way.

  5. Unlike the original series, Kwamis here are entities that exist as energy in animal form. Thanks to their innate internal systems, their energy flows and releases properly. However, due to a malfunction in Plagg's system, his energy does not stop; it overflows constantly. Plagg must control this energy entirely by himself, which creates the main conflicts in the story.

PLOT

Due to a birth defect in his system, Plagg's energy constantly overflows, leaving him at a loss for what to do. What he initially saw as a fun trait turned worse after an accident he caused at a young age. The green substance he once played with has now exhausted his life, reducing his sense of worth to nothing. According to Stella, he only needs to understand one thing:

"Energy was created to flow, not to be suppressed. You must try to guide it, not stop it. Otherwise, it will overflow even more."

However, Plagg fears failure and worries about harming Stella and the others while trying. Even though it hurts when the townspeople and certain Kwamis (especially Xuppu and Daizzi) call him a "monster, wreck, fool, or useless," he secretly believes they are right and that he poses a threat to everyone. After an incident breaks out during an evening event in the town, he flees Urkesh to protect his older sister figure and the others. He travels to a new town, Urfa. While exploring Urfa and discovering his true potential, he will unintentionally trigger a series of different events. The rest of the story answers other mysteries: Who helped Plagg during that minor accident that changed everything? What kind of events are organized in the town? Why did Stella return early after leaving the town for a task?..You can write and share the complete story, or you can write your own chapters. The characters, locations, and time period are set here, but the modifications are entirely up to you.
