was thinking up a red room mod and came up with a ton of stuff if you have any suggestions please share em

came up with this mod because in my experience red rooms come into play about 10% of my runs and when they do it's usually just a single cracked key for an ultra secret room

i will come up with new ideas most likely

i am not going to make this into a mod because i am absolute cheeks at modding but if you wanna make this into a mod go ahead

Red Room Expansion
The red room feature is more interesting and there are more ways to open red rooms

Features:

-The map now generates clumps of normal rooms and some other stuff like additional treasure rooms and arcades and shops that are disconnected from the normal map, and can only be accessed by digging a “tunnel” of red rooms to these disconnected clumps of the map

-New passive item “Red Radar” that opens a random adjacent red room whenever an active item is used (doesn’t work on active items with less than 3 charges, and doesn’t work with items that already open red rooms)

-New active item “Shattered Key” with 3 charges that opens a red room next to a random eligible room on the map, if this isn’t possible, instead it could open a red room on a random wall of the current room

-New passive item “Glitched Keychain” that has a 1% chance to replace any pickup with a cracked key

-New passive item “Glowing Red Nothingness” that gives Isaac a minor damage, tears, and speed up for every red room he enters that stays permanently, gives a sprite change similar to an ocular rift, but on Isaac’s forehead

-New passive item “Bloody Clover” that increases the spawn chance of special red rooms (like red devil and angel rooms) from 10% to 20%

-New passive item “Red Pearl” that gives a 1.2x damage, range, and tears multiplier in red rooms

-New passive item “Red Moon” that generates an additional ultra-secret room and reveals the location of all ultra-secret rooms
