I have seen mixed reviews about it. Some people say it’s quite risky in monsoons and October to January are the ideal months. Some people say it’s not that dangerous. I need some advice.

I have been trying to find a feasible route from Bangalore to Goa via train so that I can see Dudhsagar falls. But the options I’m getting are either Bangalore - Hubli - Londa - Goa in which I have to change trains thrice. Or a direct train but won’t be able to see the falls as it reaches there in the dark. Has anyone been able to see the falls on this route ? Pls help.
P.S we are two female solo travellers. So avoiding late night arrivals.

I am an Indian woman, into fitness journey from more than two decades. For last few years I am learning calisthenics, been conscious about healthy and clean eating (at least 5-6 days a week) , limited drinking, but not able to shed off any of the belly fat. Had two kids (C-Section), and managed a flat belly after 2 years of first baby but after second gained some fat there. And regardless of whatever I do I’m not able to get rid of that extra fat. Also very difficult to loose weight though overweight only by 3-4 kgs of ideal figure.
I can do many drills , which people in their 30s also struggle to do. Also my back n shoulders look quite sculpted but I feel not good when I look at my abdomen.
Wanted to check with other women of my age if they struggled with similar situation and what helped them to achieve that perfect belly.
PS I’m going through peri menopause phase too. And I mentioned nationality as it might be a factor in this situation.

Usually in Indian cities we don’t need grow lights as we have ample sunlight. But still some people use it for darker parts of the house. Are they really helpful ? And how much they cost generally? I have 200-250 plants in first floor where I can utilise the lights. And please give specifications too along with recommendations if you are using them.

I wanted suggestions on some good coffee brands. So far I have tried Davidoff(mid), Nescafé black roast (little better), sleepy owl (mid), Bevzilla (again mid), Nescafé gold(okayish).

Also tried Blue tokai and Third wave cold brew bags which are good but sometimes not feasible as I can’t always wait so long. So prefer instant coffee. I would appreciate the recommendations for a brand which is on the stronger side (not too strong though ) and smells good. Plus the taste is also good.

So far Nescafé Roastery is something which I have liked.
