Where would Sung Jinwoo fall in the Primal Hunter multiverse?

[PLEASE NO BOOK 14/15 SPOILERS]

I’ve been going back through the Audible series before getting caught up with book 14 and 15 (which drops tomorrow!). I’ve also been re-watching Solo Leveling, and I had a thought that took me down a rabbit hole of questions: What tier would end-of-season-two Sung Jinwoo fall into?

Personally, I landed on putting him in late beginner tier or early mid tier D-grade. But of course that leaves more questions on the table. Such as, what does his status menu look like? His class, faction, affinities? Whose blessing does he have? Would he have a bloodline or transcendent? Would he be considered a genius in the Multiverse?

The one that I’m genuinely torn on, is what faction he would be in. On one hand, he is tailor made to be in the Court of Shadows; assassin type, shadow magic, and not averse to killing people. But on the other hand, he would actually make a strong candidate for the Risen faction. To start with, he “dies” but has a rebirth through the system. He also has a profession that is an advanced version of necromancy, and he uses his slain enemies’ souls to gain power. Which is very much like what Ghost King Azal does in the books. Also Ghost King and Shadow Monarch are too similar to not bring up.

I really want y’all’s thoughts, opinions, and head canons!
And again, please no spoilers for 14 and 15

D&D Group Looking For Players

Our DnD group is brand new and needs 1-2 more players to really fill out the party. We’re all going in our 20s and would prefer players in that age range.

We meet on Saturdays in the afternoon at a local game store. We recently finished our first introductory adventure and are planning to run a few more one-shots before moving into a longer campaign, most likely Waterdeep: Dragon Heist.

We’re aiming for a relaxed, reliable group that enjoys roleplay, combat, and having a good time without unnecessary drama.

Looking to Start or Join a D&D Group

I’m fairly new to the area and have been looking for a table to join. The local options seem a bit limited, so I’m hoping to connect with people through Reddit or Facebook—or, if enough people are interested, start a group of our own.

I’ve been a fan of D&D for nearly a decade and have experience with 5e. I’ve played in a handful of campaigns ranging from serious to more relaxed games, and I’ve been interested in giving Spelljammer a try. I’ve got quite a few character ideas ready to go.

While I’d prefer to be a player, I’d be willing to DM if needed.
