As the Title itself , Reddit has slowly picked up the baton of instagram not in a good way .

Instagram has become a hellhole for toxicity , nudity and extreme toxic social comparisons . I have been using reddit for maybe around 3 years through multiple accounts and it has been a place where I could anonymously rant , get help through suggestions and enjoy time here being alone .

Because I couldn't handle Instagram as it was , I left it for like more than a year and has been on reddit and X only .

But due to the certain influx of people to the app , the concept of the app is changing or evolving I don't know what to say . The same pain of toxic social comparisons which made me leave instagram is basically overflowing on reddit every single day .

In simple words part of reddit has become a validation seeking space of certain people . If I wanted to feel bad where I am in life compared to a bunch of curated milestones , I would have stayed on Instagram .

Hey everyone , just wanted to get something off my chest and want to see if any other guys have felt the same .

A few years back , I was pretty much a social media addict especially on Instagram . I had zero social skills and a lot of anxiety talking to girls in person .

So i thought why couldn't I send random hi to girls that I don't even know and start a conversation and that's how some connections start and all . So i kind of thought if I get a connection that could definitely help to develop my communication towards girls in some way . I genuinely wanted to start a conversation but had no idea how to do it properly .

Now looking back onto it , i realized how cringe and annoying it was . I am mature enough to know basically I was being a creep and honestly I'm fking embarrassed by all that .

But right now , i have became the opposite of it

Because I am so ashamed of who I was being , I am actually even terrified to even send a normal message to a girl on reddit . Even when I see someone post a suggestion or a topic I'm genuinely interested in like i want to ask more about or talk over , if it's a girl i literally backs out from the post .

Recently a few weeks back a person commented on my post regarding my cat's litter suggestion . I was desperately looking for an answer for that issue so i asked her if I could dm her . She said yes , and we had an informative conversation about my cat's health , food and she pretty much knew everything about it . My cat was also suffering from urine issues , so my doubts made me keep coming to her . So at that moment idk my mind asked " wait am i being a creep " for like consistently sending messages to her . So that fear of me being seen as a creep struck hard on me and I fully withdrew from conversation . Even if i have doubts i couldn't see myself going to her . Anyone like me in the same boat ?

Guys , need suggestions for a good school bag shop in town . I usually go to global bags and footwear in puthanpalli for purchase in my academic time . This time I'm going for my cousin brother . Any new recent shops that offer wide and quality products ?

I use my mom's vehicle which is an activa 3g . I'm someone who hardly knows anything about vehicles and all . I usually go for a test at a center near my mom's home . This time I went to a new place near my home . Before my turn , there was a lady checking her vehicle . The owner said her vandi failed and said there's a nearby repair shop , go check it out there and all . My turn came and he asked to accelerate ( idk if I need to do that ) and he tested , turns out mine also failed . The next thing he asked was where do you usually go for repair , service and all . Like kuthi kuthi choich kondirikan ayal . We just named a random shop near my place . Then he listed out the things that needed to be cleaned or repaired in the printout . I'm confused because I have heard such cases where some people manipulate the results and refer to nearby repair shops for commission .

Two weeks ago my persian cat was struggling with urine issues . Like sitting in peeing posture for like 20 seconds and peeing a little , sitting in the litter even though he's not peeing and excessive licking in his genital area . So we immediately consulted a vet and she said it's not that serious and told us to give him more wet food and prescribed a muscle relaxation medicine for his inflammation on his bladder . So after a certain days I increased his water intake by giving blended version of the matiise dry food along with some dry food as snacks . and things were going well till the day before yesterday . I saw him sitting in a peeing posture for like around one minute and peed a little . So from that moment I started giving only the wet paste . So from that night he became okay and his urine is going well and all good . But he usually loves that blended paste .and would completely eat that . He is now uninterested in the paste . But he completes less than half of the portion . I'm confused about what happened to him , is the inflammation still there or any crystals ? . Do I need to change to the royal canin urinary s/o ? I heard it is good for dissolving current crystals and inflammation related issues . On top of that he would even love it as it is dry food . He is too picky when it comes to wet food these days . Is it a good choice . Or does it worsen his urine conditions like normal dry food ?
