Need Help Picking a Belt Sander

Dear Sharpeners,

I've been looking to repair and sharpen some damaged knives, as well as starting a small sharpening side hustle in my neighborhood. I've come to the consensus that a belt sander is best. I was told 1x30 is most economical for sharpening. However, I have no idea which one to get! I was looking at Cliff Curry's videos and he recommended a Bucktool. However, it's not variable speed. All the speed stuff in general has me a bit confused. Can anyone please recommend me an optimal belt sander for sharpening, as well as an angle guide? I want something that can be applicable to all sharpening demands and be relatively sturdy. Thanks!
