Advice for Fighting Fear After Injury?

To preface, I have been an aerial student for three years. The injury I am discussing was of no fault of my studio or instructors, and honestly I am still baffled how such a simple movement has caused me so much trouble for so long. I have done coffin poses on other apparatuses before. In May of 2025, I was doing a coffin pose on hammock, turned my neck just to the left slighty while talking to my instructor and felt a twinge that I had assumed was just a pinched nerve in my neck at the time. The pain was excruciating and it hurt to raise my left arm for a couple months. Sneezing would send waves of pain through my shoulder. It really crippled my progress. It weakend my arm's ability to support myself in the air on that side. After burning through different types of medical evaluations, my doctor ordered an MRI as a last result. I finally had discovered what was happening. My bursa, upper bicep tendon and rotator cuff tendons were affected by various types of inflammatory issues (see MRI findings screenshot). I have been doing self-administered lacrosse ball massages and will not be able to start physical therapy until January at the earliest, because my HSA account is currently drained and I cannot afford the out of pocket cost of PT every week.

Now my present issue is overcoming the psychological aspect of getting back to where I was without ending up worse off. I have a new irrational fear of doing something that might hurt myself to the point where I would have to give up aerial. I know it sounds silly, but the amygdala wants to run the show and perhaps my mind is subconsciously trying to keep me safe by using fear?  I used to be able to climb to the top of straight silks without fear when I was first learning. Now, I start to tremble with doubt because I feel my stamina wane at the 75% height point and my mind triggers self-preservation and tells me that my arm won't be able to support me. I have made it to the top once now and alrhough I was tired out (because I was no longer used to the exertion), did not die. lol So at this point, I think practicing climbing to the top and coming down repeatedly would be a good excericse to get my climb confidence back.

Essentially, I struggle to tell the difference between when my body just needs me to push it, like I am just reaching a strength threshold that needs expanding or when my body is trying to warn me of potential injury. The inability to discern this has drained my confidence in my overall aerial ability. The key fear that everything circles back to is when I am in the air and feel my stamina dip or my body gets too tight to finish a transition in a sequence, I am convinced I will fall then and there and I back out of the entire thing and climb down. Then I feel shame. Sometimes I feel so bad I get on the verge of tears because I am at a loss for how to overcome something that seems so stupid. I even feel like my instructors are tiring of me being like this at this point (they most likely are not and it is just another fear my subconscious has fabricated).

I know that was a lot of information, and I appreciate those who took the time to listen. Does anyone have advice on what I could do to help me get better about learning the difference between when I should push on and when I should stop? Or advice about regaining confidence in aerial or how to shrink the fear? If tough love is what I need here, hit me with it. If I am asking the wrong questions or focusing on the wrong aspect of shortcomings, please let me know! I am tired of feeling ashamed and like I let my instructors down at the end of every class.

ARK DC: Is it Safe to Delete After Install?

I have watched video tutorials, read the PSP Archive wiki and even done search engine results looking for threads that others may have started about this. Simple question. I have had my PSP for years and finally decided to mod for the first time. CFW has been flashed and I just finished running the installation of Despertar del Cementerio. After the reboot, I saw the application was still in the games menu. Does this need to stay or can I delete it now that the 661.PBP is in the root folder and I have already run the installation for the recovery setup? Thank you for your help!

Separating PSP Usage Purpose by Memory Stick on Custom Firmware?

I have had my PSP for years and I have never modded it. So most of my questions will be in regards to behavior of the console on custom firmware, as I have zero experience with that. I have modded other consoles, just not a PSP yet. If I have Ark-4 installed and I want to separate data onto multiple memory sticks to swap out when I plan on accessing it, will it mess with the firmware? Should there be a common file that I should have copied onto all the sticks to prevent issues?

Essentially my idea is to stick with the 128GB limit, but have multiple cards, so all my digital games will be on one stick, music collection on another, movies on another, theme wallpapers on another, etc. I figure this makes file storage cleaner. Current theme wallpaper gets saved onto something in the system itself, because I have removed cards with that data before and whatever was currently set, stays. I can swap out cards when I just wanna use it as an mp3 player, then swap back if I am going to play games. My reasoning for wanting this strange system is that I have more than 128GB of data altogether for everything I want to put on a modded PSP, so I wanted to see if separating memory sticks by function/purpose could work without breaking any files the PSP might need at all times? I hadn't heard of anyone else talking about having done this, so I wanted to ask.

I had tried this with my PSP back in 2016 with strange results on original firmware. I could still access the Playstation Store at the time and I bought a digital copy of a film that never had a UMD release. I was gonna be on a plane for 13 hours and wanted to prepare. It was a really long film and was too big to fit on my original memory stick that had all of my other data on it, so I downloaded it on one of my SanDisk 4GB sticks that I had inserted. When I tried playing the movie on the stick later, my PSP acted like my PSN account could not be verified to allow access to the content, despite me paying Sony to download it earlier that same day and it working when I play tested. I had swapped my original card back in and hadn't reinserted the movie card until I was in the middle of my flight. So on original firmware, it seems to need some sort of file authentication for everything? I assume it was some anti-piracy code or DRM for the video I paid for that may have needed an online verification before passing a check, but due to being on a plane at the time, console was offline. Essentially, it was probably just something specific to that file. I hadn't bought a movie through PSN before or since.

TLDR; Can I swap memory sticks as freely as UMDs if on custom firmware without causing problems, since all my data won't fit on one 128GB card? Do I need certain files present on every card to maintain functions?

Thank you for any input you guys can share on this!

Can't Recall ASMRtist Name, Lost Their Videos [Request]

I hope she didn't take down her videos, as she has disappeared from my Youtube feed. She played the violin, and her ASMR videos were a combination of violin uploads, some mario kart videos (I believe she usually played as yellow Yoshi) , makeup and fashion/style consultations. She had a dress shop roleplay one that I can specifically recall. I just can't remember the name of the channel. I miss her tingles. The ASMRtist was female, slender build, light skin tone, Asian facial features (uncertain of her ethnicity). She was very elegant with her video presentation, but she put all of her videos on one channel as she had some non-ASMR videos (violin song requests) on there, too. Anybody know the channel?
