I just moved to a new state and I’m looking for a dry cut specialist. I know it’s a more niche technique and I’m struggling to find someone.
What’s the best way to find a stylist in a new area with such unique expertise? I’ve posted to neighboring towns Reddit pages but am still waiting for response.
I’d love any help or advice you have to offer.

I just moved to the area from NJ. I’m looking for a hair stylist in the hampton roads area. I’m living in Suffolk but willing to drive if I can find someone.
I’m specifically looking for someone who specializes in dry cuts. I know it’s a more niche technique, but I started getting them done in Jersey and fell in love. I work in health care and hardly do my hair so I want it to look good in its natural state. When I get a standard cut, I always end up with random uneven pieces bc my hair is textured and I don’t blow dry it.
I’d love any recommendations!! T
