


Hello 72 kg at 179cm. Currently having 1800 kcal and training full body 3x a week.
I'm a bit confused with what i should do and looking for some advice. Do i keep cutting to see visible abs or shall i just start bulking and put muscle mass on?

Hello current stats are 72kg at 180cm
I'm counting my calories at 1800
Counting my protein mainly at 160 grams
I train full body workouts 3x a week
I play football once a week
I achieve 10-15k steps a day
I really want that aesthetic body for summer
Shall i continue my cut ? Advice please

Hello, moved into this home a few years back and absolutely love it. But now have a new born and in a year or so he will be walking and doing crazy things. How can i protect him from this. Fireplace is very rarely on but i don't want him touching the coal things or any of it.
Some sort of guard but can't find anything off the shelf which looks nice. Help please
EDIT i know the TV is off centre and i hate this too but can't easily move the fireplace unless i go electric which is a possibility
