Laurea in informatica. Ha senso Online?

Ciao a tutti.

Good flight schools in Italy leaning towards helicopter pilot training.

Hello!

I'm considering to pursue professional career in the aviation field, specifically I'm seeking to become an helicopter pilot. However I noticed that most flight schools in Italy (Near me, I live in Northen Italy) only have the training program for plane licenses.

Currently I'm considering "Air Vergiate" as one of my main options due to the fact that it's the closest to where I live and has the helicopter pilot training. However I wonder if any of you can give me some more options to choose from and also if "Air Vergiate" is a good option or maybe a school to avoid. Thanks!

Different default Chrome page and suspicious activity

Hello,

recently I've had trouble dealing with a family member's accounts and PC.

Currently there's a problem with Chrome which consists in a page opening alongside the default Chrome page. Said page gets immediately blocked by Chrome which flags it as a security concern. I've looked up the website that Chrome is blocking and it has been flagged as a scammed/unsafe website. Just last week I went to fix a couple of problems with the computer and there was a different home page to Chrome (That one would open and was basically a search bar with news appearing below, similar to Edge). My relative wasn't sure how long it was there but I find it concerning that just a few days later the main Chrome page was changed again with a custom link.

Any idea on how can I fix this? I also have to state that we had a few problems with the accounts of said relative (A random e-mail added as an extra user to a Netflix account, and a changed password on my relative e-mail account). I'm not sure how to deal with this and I have no clue how my relative got this virus or malware or whatever it is since that computer is used only for work and apart from a small chunk of websites and some programs there wasn't anything new that happened that might suggest that the computer has been infected. Could this be related to the wi-fi router?

I'll go to my relative this week to try and fix the problem so I just wanted to hear your thoughts about it. I'll likely be contacting a technician as well.

I'm hoping the issue is able to fixed without resetting the computer as my relative needs it for work.

Just joined the Vivo club!

Hello!

After breaking the screen of my old Galaxy S10 for the second time I decided to buy a new phone.

After 1 week of research I ended up with two choices: either vivo x300 Pro or Oppo Find X9 Pro.

In the end I managed to grab the x300 Pro for under 1k at a physical store. The more I'm using this thing the more I'm liking it.

Prolly gonna post some more shots in the future.

Glad to be here!

Looking for guidance for buying a new phone.

Hello!

Today I accidentally broke the screen of my Galaxy S10 Plus and apart from swearing a bit I'm already starting to look around for a new phone.

I'm not really willing to repair my S10 for the second time (Already replaced the screen around 3 years ago) especially since over the last few years other problems started to emerge.

I've had a quick look at some phones but I clearly lack guidance so, here's a short list of features that matter to me for choosing a new one. (Order of importance)

  • 512 GB of disk space and 12 to 16 GB of RAM
  • A high tier camera system
  • Long battery life
  • The less AI in there the better. I'm not dealing with that crap.
  • Snappy and quick OS that doesn't slow down after a year of usage.

Budget: Around 1k, preferably less.

Can you guys give me some recommendations? Thanks!
