i don’t think this is the job for me

i am 27 and have had incredibly hard time with this MA job. To start off Right when I started I had few family
members get hospitalized and had to give them round clock care and pay an aide to sit with them while i’m at work. It’s been incredibly exhausting to do that and keep up with this job. I messed so many times like forgetting a providers preference and not writing down the BMI on the face sheet or ordering the wrong laterality on an x ray. The worse mistake I made of when two of my preceptors were yelling at me about the format of a work note ended up on the wrong patient profile and gave the right note to the wrong patient with two people looking it over and the provider signing. That was just one of humiliating things i be done at this job. To top it all off since day one i’ve been tried that dog crap. I’ve had nurse say i have an attitude i’ve even been written up by HR for being to quiet and not building relationships with my coworkers. A literally asked me if i was disabled. It’s makes no sense why they continue to keep me employed. I never made such stupid mistakes before nor have been iced by coworkers so badly. I think I just need to quit.

really just wanting leave this job

I’ve felt increasingly isolated in a workplace that is primarily staffed by women. Based on feedback I’ve heard from other employees, some coworkers perceive me as having a cocky attitude, which was surprising to me.
During a meeting with management, I was told that I need to be more open with my coworkers and focus on building stronger relationships. That feedback confused me because I’ve made a genuine effort to connect with people. I regularly start conversations by asking about their hobbies, interests, or weekend plans and try to engage with them in a friendly way. However, those conversations are rarely reciprocated, making it difficult to build the relationships I’m being told I need to improve.
I’m honestly not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’m slow to understanding the new material and i’ve been made fun of for that by some staff. To make things more confusing, another male medical assistant who started shortly before me seemed to fit in almost immediately. He developed friendships with coworkers, exchanged phone numbers, and was invited to social gatherings without any apparent difficulty. Seeing that contrast has left me wondering why my experience has been so different despite my efforts to be approachable and engaged. Should I just quit?

coworkers watching my fb stories

i’m fairly new as an Medical assistant and what’s going on is really weird. two coworkers have gone out of there way to view my public fb stories and it’s really strange as they have never really even talked to me except a few times. I have made everything private now but should i take this as a red flag. Also just wanted to preface my story wasn’t anything bad(they never are i just shared about the organization i volunteer with or pics of cats) i just reshared american red cross message of there being a massive blood storage.

confused at new job

i am a orienting medical assistant. i have been at the job for a month. I am still learning the ropes. for some background i worn 8 hour shifts and we close 12-1 for lunch. I get oriented on a rotating schedule for each clinic. There are 6 total different clinics with a one or two providers per clinic. Basically it was 12:45 and two patient had arrived but the provider wasn’t back yet. I had asked my training “hey would you want me to room these patients” and I immediately followed up with “what time does the provider get from lunch” i had asked this because some provider i’ve noticed in my orientation take a longer lunch. Anyways my trainer said no wait till 1 when they get back. I replied back “unbeatable” thought nothing of the interaction and went to studying my notes for provider preferences. As I am in between rooming patients i hear my trainer and the provider taking how cocking and stupid I was am. Basically my question is did i screw up acting cocky with my response to my training?

Needing help finding my path in life. I am about to be 27 and I just feel so lost in life. I love helping people and I work in the medical field. I have worked as a phlebotomist and EMT and i’ve been a caregiver for several of my family members for 15 years. I am terrible at critical thinking but i’ve been told I am very compassionate and empathic. Anyone have any ideas? I am just tired of feeling like a loser in life
