Is Orientation worth it?
Does it really make a difference? Or is it just going to consume 3 hours of my time. ⏰

I’ve been thinking about how in Ontario, university can feel like the default option after high school, whereas colleges/polytechnics frequently get overlooked.
I’m curious, did anyone here seriously consider going to college/polytechnic instead of university? If you did, what factors influenced your decision (career opportunities, cost, hands-on learning, program availability, etc.)?
For those who chose university, did you ever consider the college route, or was university always the plan?
Just interested in hearing people’s experiences and perspectives. As I've seen colleges have some neat programs!
This was the best out of all the DVDs imo. I watched this specific DVD for hours growing up.
Still watch it to this day. I miss that season 5 appearance.
Hey I was just wondering how the SPH4U final exam is?
Really loving this course too, good learning structure. Shout out to the tvo ILC.
I'll be joining the Markham campus for first year eng classes, just wondering if there were any neat things about the campus, and if there's anything you love or wish you knew sooner? It looks really comforting and student friendly.
I've been wait-listed since June 1, has anyone had any prior experience of when the wait list moves?
I was wait listed for Chemistry Bsc.
So I applied for Chemistry and Biomedical Sciences as a transfer applicant on May 7th, kind of as shooting my shot at TMU. I just wanted to know how does the waitlist typically move for the faculty of Science in the past?
Cause if TMU accepts before say July 30th, I can revoke my summer school tuition and save a bunch of money at my current school.
Just finished first year and I am wanting to transfer from UTSC, I don't like the commute to UTSC and the specialist/major/minor options aren't looking that interesting to me. I did some thorough research and I really like the structure of TMU's Chemistry program and I think it aligns with my goals a lot nicer than at UTSC.
I was wondering can I still be admitted to TMU as a transfer student if I applied on May 7th?
I am interested in applying to TMU for chemistry. I was just wondering how the program is? Are the courses listed on their website, consistent with the courses that students actually take?
Thank you.
