I eat frozen fries straight from the freezer

Sometimes when I’m making frozen fries, I’ll eat one or two before they go in the oven. Not cooked. Not warm. Straight from the bag. Basically a cold potato stick.I mentioned this to someone and they looked at me like I had confessed to a crime.

So now I’m wondering if this is actually that weird, or if other people also have random freezer snacks they don’t talk about.

I saw someone fix their hair in a shop window and smile at themselves

I was walking past a store today and saw someone quickly fix their hair in the reflection. They gave themselves a tiny smile and kept walking. No big moment. No story behind it.

It was weirdly nice to see someone be kind to themselves for half a second.

What’s one old website you still visit every now and then?

Not because it looks good or works perfectly, but because it still feels like the internet used to feel.
I kind of miss websites that were just text, links, and maybe one badly compressed image.

What’s the one skiing mistake you had to learn the hard way?

Everyone gives beginner advice but some lessons stick after you mess them up yourself.
Bad layering, wrong gear, overconfidence, icy runs, skipping lessons, not checking conditions, going too fast too early

whatever it was.

Which game mode has taken the most hours from you?

Not asking about a specific game, but the mode itself. Deathmatch, control point, capture the flag, search and destroy, conquest, battle royale, extraction, survival. Which one have you spent the most time playing across different games?

What productivity advice sounded good but actually made you less productive?

I tried a lot of productivity advice that sounded great at first, but didnt really work in real life. I had strict morning routines, healty eating, regular exercise. But i feel like it felt better when i didnt do them to much. Sooo can you be overproductive or should i start searching for a problem somewhere else

What is one thing from the old internet that you really miss?

I miss when the internet felt more random and personal. Forums, weird little websites, custom profiles, niche communities, and people making things mostly because they wanted to. Now everything feels soulless.

What’s one social media rule you think is overrated?

I keep seeing the same advice everywhere. Post every day, use trending sounds, make everything short, niche down, hook people in the first 3 seconds just the same boring stuff.
Some of it is useful but some of it feels repeated without much context like someone said it and everyone is repeting it without even knowing what they are talking about

Is there a way to reduce screen time without cutting off messaging apps?

I've been trying to reduce my screen time, but I've run into one problem.

A lot of my communication happens through Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp,... I don't really want to delete those apps because I use them to stay in touch with friends and family, but whenever I open one to reply to a message, I end up scrolling for much longer than I intended.

Has anyone found a solution for this?????

What do you wish you knew before you started creating content?

About to start posting for the first time and I keep putting it off because I have no idea what I'm doing. What was the thing that surprised you most when you started? Stuff nobody warned you about, mistakes you'd skip if you could start over, whatever.
