My package was scanned into the US on May 10th in Illinois. It made its way to my city/state on May 21st. It has not been scanned again since. I trade to file a claim but only the shipper can do so. I made my seller, “Doris”, aware but she hasn’t responded. Has anyone else had this happen before and what was the outcome?
