I’ve been experimenting with orchestrating AI coding agents like distributed systems instead of copilots.
Built JAT-AI
(https://github.com/iceyxsm/JAT-AI) a workflow orchestrator for Google Jules that:
The interesting part is treating coding agents more like Kubernetes jobs/workers than chat assistants.
Still early, but I think orchestration infrastructure becomes more important than the individual model over time.
