From Pokopia to clay: Ditto Magnemite edition

A while ago I made a Ditto Lapras, and now I’m continuing the Ditto project with another one: Ditto Magnemite! Hand sculpted in clay and turned into a tiny ceramic piece. I think these weird little Ditto transformations are becoming a problem… and I’m okay with it 😅 It’s in the kiln right now, and tomorrow morning I’ll finally get to see the finished result!

Glazing tiny stars and hearts

Hi! I need some advice on glazing these little hearts and stars. They’re already colored with underglaze (applied on greenware), so now I just need to apply clear glaze. The problem is that there are a lot of them, and I’m trying to find an efficient way without going crazy 😅 Since the side touching the kiln shelf obviously can’t be glazed, how would you handle this? Do you dip them, brush them, use stilts, wax resist, or something else? Any tips would be appreciated!

Tiny handmade ceramic fox creature with glow-in-the-dark teeth

Hi all, I'm introducing to you my little original character: Cute during the day, slightly concerning at night.

I gave it glowing teeth ✨

[Custom] I turned my favorite card from Pokémon TCG Pocket into a ceramic sculpture

Hi! I hope this flair/tag is okay, I wasn’t sure which one fit best 😅

I really love this Galarian Ponyta, so I printed the card myself at home and used it as a reference to sculpt a ceramic version of it by hand.

The piece is made with clay, then painted before firing, coated with a transparent glaze, and fired again to get the glossy final result. I tried to keep the soft dreamy colors and magical feeling of the original card as much as possible.

Hi guys, I'm showing you a ceramic Ditto Lapras from Pokopia I made just a couple of weeks ago! The video shows the process from raw clay to finished piece: who doesn't know about ceramic, first the unfired clay piece, then the same piece painted with ceramic colors while still raw, then coated with clear glaze (it looks white but it's actually transparent), fired once at 1020°C, and fired again at 940°C for the final result. I hope you enjoy it 😊

I’ve been a little obsessed with making ceramic bells lately, so I ended up creating a few more. Orcas, seals, and pufferfish so far… I love their soft sound 😬

I’ve been a Kirby fan forever, ever since playing Kirby Super Star (or Kirby's Fun Pak for Europeans, I'm Italian ☺️) on the Super Nintendo. Lately I’ve been having so much fun with ceramics, turning some of my favorite characters into little 3D creations and Kirby had to be one of them.

These are small Kirby trinket dishes, I really hope you like them! ✨
