Virtual desktop Error streaming desktop Try updating your gpu/integrated graphics drivers or disabling HDR

I get this error when i try to use virtual desktop streamer app on my quest 3. it says my computer is connected and i can see my game library but no screen and the games doesnt work in the headset. i have tried to use the Amd clean up utility and reinstalled my drivers and my Monitor does not support HDR what can i do to fix this?

When i unplug my ethernet virtual desktop still streams perfectly somehow?

So when i ude virtual desktop i enable mobile hotspot on my pc which id then connected by ethernet to my far away router but i noticed it still somehow streams perfectly if i unplug the cable? It cant be because it switches to wifi because its wayy to bad wireless. Does anyone know how this is possible? Or do i just not understand how it works
