Anyone know a tailor that can fix a jeans torn right in the middle

I went to two tailors to ask them to stitch my jeans torn right in between. I know its fixable because a friend of mine in Mumbai told me he got it done but it usually requires a skilled tailor who has done it before. Really appreciate any help or leads. Thanks in advance.

Can I use paint pen instead of rigger brush to sign a portrait.

Im scared to sign my portrait with a brush as I'm afraid I might mess it up. Is it possible use a paint pen like posca or molotow to sign instead? I would honestly be comfortable using a paint pen but im worried about longevity.
