He should have called wolverine "Runt" at least once before wolverine chopped his head off. Would have made the cameo that much better. I wouldn't have been mad if the fight lasted a little longer either, but It's kinda funny that it was over as fast as it was.

This is a Czech omnibus containing the first 4 books. Its been out of print for some time now, but its absolutely gorgeous and I have to have it 😭😭
This doesnt look too shabby, honestly. Ive always pictured spawn as a sort of bigger guy. I know thats probably not entirely accurate, but still.
All of my books so far, aside from the copy of brisingr im still customizing. Primarily focusing on matching sets, but there will be a few exceptions (true first edition, brisingr+inheritance with slipcase, etc). Spot that fake brisingr deluxe edition from a previous post 🙄🙄 replacing that and completing the set is my first goal.
I am currently adding all my books to this app called thingsbook and am now catologing my special editions. Pulled this one off the shelf and looked at it closer, and now Im 99% sure this is just the deluxe edition dust jacket on the standard 1st edition hardcover. I've had this copy for almost a year now and somehow never noticed (I usually read my broken binding or 1st edition hardcovers). I knew it didn't have the poster in it when it arrived from Amazon, but I never thought to examine further. The listing had it listed as the deluxe edition as well, but it doesn't have ANY of the bonus material mentioned on the sticker. Bummer. Anyone else ever have this happen when buying special editions online?

The text limitations are gonna make it hard to provide much context, but here goes:
So, I dont really believe in anything as far as religion or deities are concerned.
And I dont see that changing.
But magic is a different story.
I dont know if I necessarily believe in magic. but I think it's super fascinating.
And too many of you have had success stories for me to think it's just a long series of coincidences.
So, im wondering if I need to have a firm belief in the subject in order for it to have the desired effect.
Is having an open mind/heart enough?
Or do I have to have a solid belief that magic is real in order to use it?
This is kicking my ass, but im pretty happy with how its turning out so far!
Spent a considerable amount of time on this last night just doing the pencils, cuz I kept getting the arms wrong. Wanted to go for a more relaxed/leaning pose, but ended up ditching it and doing this.
Hey everyone! Working on turning some extra copies of the books into custom illustrated versions to put on my shelf. Just tracing out a basic idea off the star wars poster and then I'll paint a more detailed/accurate version and either have it scanned and shrunk down, or just try to paint it directly onto the cover. Who should fill this spot where c3p0 would be? For the life of me I can't think of the perfect character.
