How do I fix my ferritin even tho my platelets and my iron levels are in normal range

Hey guys while I wait for my doctor appointment until August 8, I just wanna talk. I know you guys are a professional doctors but any opinion I would like to talk to if you know anything or have experienced anything similar

My ferritin has been low and in my platelets were a little elevated before now my ferritin has gotten a little lower than abnormal, but my platelets went to normal…..

Any opinions on why my saturation is high, but my ferritin is low my platelets are a little over regular as well. I’m going for a doctor check up soon but anyone’s opinion or anyone going through something similar.
