Another Growing Problem

Another Growing Problem

Hi all! I posted in here recently. Plant was droopy and the problem seemed to have been overwatering and lack of nutrients. I’ve made slight adjustments and saw improvements, but now I’m seeing problems in other ways. The lower branches have just been dying off, and whatever the problems seems to be is making its way up. At first it was just the lowest branch, but now the problem is on 2 others. Any help again is so appreciated! I was so thankful for the help last time!

Recommendation for “shoes”

Hi all! I work in a primarily no shoes studio - meaning barefoot or with socks. I do up to 3-4 hours in a row on my feet some days. My feet have been killing me and my shin/calf muscles have been sore. Any recommendations? I was wondering if compression socks may help at all? Or if even those barefoot shoes provide any type of support? I’m sure being barefoot for hours doesn’t help with good walking habits either, since that’s so easy to lazily do. I normally love being barefoot (hate the feeling of heavy shoes), but the hours have really been adding up. Any help is super appreciated!

Opinions on Cost for this Package

A company is looking to hire me for work. I’ve worked with a few businesses before to gain experience, but now I’m trying to set a more realistic price or package (rough estimates) from now on:

Instagram, reposted to Facebook
5 Posts Per Week
Content shoots (client not needing to take any)
Content Calendar + Full Strategy tailored to sales needs with Sales Automations for posts
Monthly Analytics
Organize Content Folders

Plus, what would it look like for adding other platforms?

I personally will not be including community engagement on platforms. I think it comes better from people working within the company.

Plant still saveable?

Hi!

Completely new grower here, given a plant to try to take care of. This plant has been through the wringer.😭 It had a pest issue, and that was solved through spraying with neem + soap solution. Now I believe it had/has an overwatering issue (as suggested by someone who grows). Since being told this, I tried to let the soil dry out, but horrible coincidence, it rained everyday for about 4 days, which prolonged that overwatering problem. The weather has finally subsided, it was able to dry out (and be dry for a day or two) and then I watered it along with giving it a little nutrient (nitrogen dominant fertilizer). Now I’m allowing it to somewhat “dry out” in between waterings. Is this okay? Should I also be doing anything else? Will the plant survive/when can I start to see it going slightly better? Plant isn’t root bound at all, roots don’t seem to have started any rotting from being so wet.
