I'm struggling to see the financial benefit of colonizing in EU5. The maintenance and setup costs seem to far outweigh any returns I'm getting.

What exactly am I supposed to do to make colonies profitable? Am I missing a specific mechanic or building, or is the ROI just extremely slow?

Any help is appreciated.

I am overproducing plantation goods and need to know exactly what is required to sell them off.

• Trade Centers: Do I need a Trade Center to sell these, and how exactly can I increase my sales volume?
• Treaty Ports: If I take a Treaty Port from another country, does it force them to buy my products? Do I also need to build a Trade Center in that region as well?
• Monopolization: Should I be trying to monopolize the foreign industry?

Hi everyone! I’ve been away from the game for a while and just jumped back in. I currently have about 116 wishes saved up.

I’m looking to build a solid second team for Tower of Adversity. Based on my current roster (check the image), do you think I should go for the current banners, or is it better to keep saving for future units?

Any advice on team compositions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
