Keep bringing back your commander from the graveyard, control the game through combat [[repercussion]],[[commupence]], [[pariah]], [[suspend aggression]], [[take the bait]], [[deflecting palm]], [[taunt from the rampart]].
I think Zethi is much better than what people give her credit for. You just got to play her in. Specific way. This is Voltron Zethi any other archetype this might not apply too.
Equipment-No go honestly. Except [[Swiftfoot Boots]] and [[Sting, Glittining Dagger]] for the haste.
More instants than you think you need. If you think you have too many you’re wrong
Play zethi turn four or five you don’t need to have her copy multiple spells her first cast. You should be looking to copy a cheap removal piece [[Snap]], [[Suspend]],[[Erode]], [[Path to Exile]] attack one player and suppress the others board states. Told you from killing one player and losing to the other two.

Anything I’m missing? Control/Stax
My friend tends to take 10-15 minute turns and his decks are 3x the price point of mine. I know price doesn’t always dictate power level, but it’s perfect mana base, every tutor possible, and then commanders that are just really solid. Here are the decks I’m struggling against.
[[Glarb, Calamity’s Augur]] The only solution I’ve found is graveyard hate if I can draw it. I do run it in all my [[bojuka bog]] in all of my decks that have black in it. Also [[Valgavoth the Terror Eater]] that I run in my Kefka. Kefka is my only deck that can put up a fight against this guy and I usually only play him bracket 4 against regular pods. He’s reanimator so he doesn’t have any of the two card combos and he only has 3 game changers so technically it’s bracket 3 on paper which I feel that’s where all of this guys decks live. Kefka still is running a 15% win rate

[[Fire Lord Zuko]] I play a decent amount of control/blue decks and I’m still looking at lethal turn 5/6 he’s talking about adding [[Drainith Magistrate]] so when he airheads my stuff I can’t pay 2 anymore to get them back they are just gone. It’s already usually too much for me to handle.

[[Henzie, Toolbox Torre]] Again, graveyard shutdown is my only answer. If I don’t draw into it I die. It does normal henzie things just the best possible Henzie things that an on paper bracket 3 can do.

[[Oloro, Ageless Ascetic]] gains too much life, had to explain when he first built it he had 15 two card combos. I think he took out half of them? My Zethi deck can win I think on paper because it’s Voltron but I haven’t won yet.

I’ve had a talk with him and instead of 1500 dollar decks I brought him down to 700/800 but it hasn’t helped much.
This situation is Im playing 2-3 hour long games. I play for 7 minutes total and do 0 damage (I track our groups stats with playgroup.gg)

[[Zethi, Arcane Blademaster]] Control Voltron. I slow the game down enough by pillowforting to get 3 good instants in my grave and fight from there.

[[Tameshi, Reality Architect]] Tameshi Reanimates Sagas and enchantments for value. Can go infinite with a [[patron of the moon]] [Lotus bloom]] combo and an infinite with [[Felidar Retreat]] (can’t give the cats haste) also bouncing a ping land infinite times.
[[Gogo, Master of Mimicry]] Copy ramp lands and triggers like [[The Millennium Calendar]], and eldrazi triggers.
I got 2 avatar, 2 secrets of strixhaven, 2 foundations. I pulled dual caster mage from a strixhaven and an electro duplicate from foundations. I don’t think I’ve ever played a sealed combo deck before has this happened to anyone else. I kinda got stomped the first game no card draw but I went 2-1.
