Confused by the trimmer on the GOAT A2000 Lidar PRO

I looked up youtube videos on the trimmer. I am still not exactly clear on how this thing functions. After a few uses I noticed the GOAT is not trimming at all. I put the thing in trimmer service mode, and the string is completely gone.

I dissassembled it, pulled some string back through the hole and put it back on. Now the trimmer line is slowly getting shorter which is fine, but when I push the plastic side button to pull more string out it feels stuck.

Am I supposed to disassemble this thing every time the string is used up? Or is it supposed to automatically pull more string through? If not how do I manually pull more string without having to disassemble it?

9% cancellation fee on Onexplayer 3

I put a pledge but wanted to cancel and they said they would charge a 9% cancellation fee which is honestly outrageous. Maybe they had it somewhere in the fine print but just FYI for anyone considering to make a pledge.

Edit: I went back to the Onexplayer 3 page, started to make another pledge to see if there are any clear warnings and I don't see the 9% cancellation fee mentioned anywhere all the way to the final screen of making the pledge. IF it is in the FAQ, that's not "clear enough".
