Tips for recovery after surgery?

Recently had surgery and just wanted to know what some of yall did that helped get through it as best as possible

The only weird issue Im struggling with is how to clean my ear canal because it is so itchy and uncomfortable right now

Just got implanted and im very concerned about loss of taste

Nobody told me I would lose a good chunk of my sense of taste so I was left kind of shocked to find out that my taste might be left like this for up to a year.

Everything tastes so disgusting to me now and I loved food before so this is heartbreaking to me 😭

I had a cyst near my armpit that my doctor did incision and drainage on and I have some questions

I did some of my own research and found out I need to have a surgical excision to fully remove the cyst (my doctor did not mention this but I want to be prepared anyways) and I'm wondering If I can be fully put under anesthesia during this procedure because I honestly don't want to be awake during something like that

How much damage does an all nighter do to your body (specifically brain)?

Got a lot of problems with sleep after a big string of events in my life, I pull multiple all nighters every month cause of it in order to not fuck up my schedule and wake up at 8pm or something

Funnily enough it only now occurred to me that I could be causing serious permanent brain damage or something because of it

Looking for mice recommendations

I have been using the Logitech G502 for maybe 8 years and recently I have been making big changes to my setup and decided I might want to upgrade my mouse soon.

Looking for at least 36k DPI

Budget is around $100 (more expensive recommendations are welcome, I just want to see options for now)

Will the Sennheiser HD560s work well without an amp for gaming?

I was using an Astro A40 TR before it stops working for me recently and was doing some research on what I should do to replace them since Logitech for some reason discontinued them and stumbled across the HD560s on a pretty good discount on amazon.

I saw that some of these higher quality headphones require an amp for how many ohms they run on and was wondering if it would be the same for the HD560s

Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question, I never really looked into my headphones this deeply before so most of this info is new to me

The reddish dark spot is where it hurts the worse and idk what to do

I was wondering if i could fill it in with something to alleviate the pain but I don’t wanna do anything rash and make it worse on accident
