Over the years I've had fancy goldfish which while i loved them, they were insanely high maintenance and I'm never doing that again. I've had a tank full of little asshole black skirt tetras which live with my mom now. I've had a bazillion cherry shrimp house with several bristlenose plecos. A couple bettas in 10 gallons.
My mom still has the tetras and my 55 gallon has been empty except for shrimp for a few months.
I picked up a baby albino tiger oscar today. It's barely 2 inches long right now and hiding behind the driftwood, but I'm really looking forward to seeing it grow out and destroy the plants and settle in.
(Yes I know it will hunt the shrimp)
I know it's an pretty aggressive fish but I did not expect it keep trying to attack my fingers through the transport bag... lol. This dude is going to try to chew my arm off when I do water changes, isn't he?
