Help with a broken Monkey Tail

I am in a war with a squirrel who keeps breaking into my lanai. He won this battle.

I was able to save the piece with roots, but I'm unsure of cactus care so I'm hoping for some help. Is there anything I should do to the exposed tip? And is there anyway to save the pieces broken off?

Thank you in advance!

Let me finish the thought for you, Marissa

The fact that an ultimatum is in play so close to the wedding is EXACTLY what she hoped for when SHE (the actual manipulator) starting twisting things to everyone.

Just need to get through till Sunday

My husband just left to say his final goodbye to his best friend. We live is SoFlo now so he had to fly up to PA. I've taken a LOT of shit during these last few months but I'm trying to give my husband grace. I hope his meanness is bc he feels safe to vent, he just needs to find another way. He forgets, I'm grieving too. Before Mike was my husband's best friend, my daughter & his son were best friends when we moved to PA when she was in first grade. I have known this family for 30 years.

I digress. I'm doing an early morning self-care sesh so I can clear my head.

Obscure or under rated theme parks or attractions

Hey y'all. Next week 2 of my (55f) grandkids are coming down for a few weeks. C (13m) & H (6f) have been down here from PA dozens of times. We've done Disney & Universal and a few of the larger zoos.

I'm looking for an underrated or obscure attraction, theme park, "only in florida" kind of place. I'm hoping y'all will have some great ideas.

For reference, I'm on the Treasure Coast but don't mind traveling 3 or 4 hours. We are all artistic and like weird things. C is musical & I fully believe H thinks she's a teen. They also both like spooky/scary things.

Thanks in advance, y'all!

Help me understand..

Edit: I'd like to thank y'all. I'm AuDHD and sometimes it's hard to differentiate the real from "girl read between the fucking lines"😂 I appreciate everyone's input.

I don't agree with this statement. I've been accused of cheating in my 1st real relationship despite he & I being together 24/7. And, if we couldn't be together, his mother or sister were there. He clearly had insecurity issues and thankfully I was young enough to get away and have been in an amazing marriage for 37 years. My question is, and it may be overthinking: is she inferring that Patrick has cheated & is maybe projecting?

Thanks!

Just showing off my Giant Elephant Ear and her pup

I just got back to the Treasure Coast from a 2 week vacation with family in St. Pete and this girl amazed me once again.

I got her the beginning of last year when they cleared the lot next door to me (they do it every few years). The man who cleared it noticed my alocasia & orchid collection on my lanai and rang my bell to tell me about the Giant Elephant Ear. He found 2 that were over 4 feet already on the lot & dug them both up - he took one & the other sat in a 5 gallon bucket of water on my lanai for weeks- I just wasn't prepared for something so big. I finally got her into a pot months later (we're building on acreage & I wanted to bring her with minimal disruption) and she would produce maybe 1 stem every month.

Then we were hit with a frost while I was away the beginning of this year and I thought for sure I'd come home to her dead. Nope. She actually started thriving. She now produces consistently and her largest leaves currently measure at 36".

Returned home a few days ago and found her pup in the pot. I'm just happy she's happy.

Dog in photos is a dwarf Havanese, if that helps show her size!

Help identifying before ny 2 BIL's have a meltdown.

We are staying in St. Pete for a couple of weeks and this plant is at the house. I live in SoFlo on the east coast and have a pretty nice tropical garden & lanai but I am in no way an expert. I went to my 2 trusty "plant identifiers" and they both came back as something different. So, now no one can enjoy the beautiful weather with the gorgeous lanai & huge pool bc these two 60+ year old men are in a crash out. Is this a >!white bird of paradise,!< a >!banana tree!< or >!something else!<?

Spoiler text added bc i was hoping to not influence anyone but understand you need the 2 different plants they are arguing over. Bonus points if it IS the first one bc that will send know-it-all BIL over the edge. Even more bonus points is it's neither & I get to tell these two stunads they're both wrong. Either way, help an aroid girlie out bc I want this beauty in my yard!

Grilled Seafood catering?

We are vacationing in Seminole/St. Pete next month and it's my husband's birthday. As the title says, I'm looking for a restaurant or caterer that can do grilled seafood, specifically crab legs, lobster & shrimp as well as sides for 7 the end of June.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
