How old is this kitten, and what should I be doing for her?

Hi- I found a kitten outside who looks SO tiny, and I need a good estimate of her age bc we took her in! I saw on this forum you could tell a lot by the teeth, so that’s why we did a pic with her mouth open (it was the best shot we could get!) She is so sweet! She meaws every time we leave. We have fed her a bit of milk, which she can lick up from a small saucer plate, but that’s it! She doesn’t seem to have that much interest in wet kitten food. What should we be doing for her, and how old would you all guess she is?

*edited to say she has budding back molars, but they are just barely poking through

Brother got “aggravated” DUI on probation AZ specific!

my brother is on probation for drug dui/drug possession charges. His charge was from almost 3 years ago. He was almost finished with his unsupervised probation when he relapsed and got another DUI. This dui is now aggravated in AZ bc he still had the interlock system in his car. Everything I am reading about an aggravated dui says you get 4 months minimum. Has anyone on here ever had this happen to them while still on probation? What was your experience? Suprisingly, when he was arrested for this DUI, he got released w/o any bail the next morning.

Anyone here ever get an “aggravated” dui in AZ?

My brother has a prior drug possession/drug dui charge from 3 years ago. He is still on unsupervised probation, in AZ. Last night, my parents kicked him out and he got a “aggravated” dui because he has an interlock system in his car. They held him down and took his blood to test for substances. Obviously, unless there is some kind of crazy mixup, he will fail. Everything I’m looking at for his aggravated DUI says there is a mandatory minimum of 4 months in prison!! Has anyone gotten an aggravated DUI in AZ, and what was your experience with this mandatory minimum issue? Surprisingly, they let him out the very next morning on his own recognizance. I’m super confused about how he could get out the next day after getting an aggravated DUI on probation.

31 YO brother is textbook “failure to launch”. Can anything even be done?

My brother has had addiction issues for basically his entire life. He has flunked out of college multiple times and hasn’t held a job for more than a couple months. He gets my parents to do everything for him. A month ago, he had another relapse and things are now worse than ever. He has stolen many of my parent’s valuables over the last couple weeks. My parents are actually on their way down to the pawn shop to see if they can recover this silverware set that has been passed down through the generations.

Over the years, all of this has caused me to feel a bit resentful towards my brother. It literally feels like they are solely focused on getting him “help” that he doesn’t want. They fail to realize that he doesn’t want their help because he knows they will always ultimately end up giving him what he wants. Since his relapse, I have had to stop visiting with my young daughter because my brother has carelessly left drug paraphernalia around her once before. He has become the sole focus of the conversations I have with my parents, which feels hurtful. The kicker? My brother hates my parents, and It doesn’t matter if he’s using or sober. He is so incredibly disrespectful whenever he doesn’t get what he wants from them.

Over the years, I have tried to help my parents help my brother, but I am honestly at a total loss. Is there anything to even salvage from this situation? Or are ironclad boundaries the only way? My parents don’t want my brother to live with them. They have the means to set him up in an apartment, but they are afraid of him overdosing and them not being there to call 911. I don’t know how to help, and I feel like my family is reliving a a fucked up version of “Groundhog Day” day after day, year after year.
