Samsung Galaxy S10 randomly shuts down/reboots, sometimes bootloops, and temperature reaches 62°C — what could cause this?

Hi, I’m trying to figure out what is wrong with my Galaxy S10 (SM-G973F).

The phone has worked for around 5 years without any problems, including no overheating issues or noticeable battery problems.

Then suddenly one day:

- Left the phone untouched on my desk for ~1 hour.

- Came back and it was completely powered off.

- Tried turning it on → Samsung logo → shutdown → repeat, causing a bootloop for ~2 hours.

- Eventually managed to boot it, but it only worked for ~5 minutes before shutting down and bootlooping again.

- Cooling the phone down allowed it to boot normally again.

- Before the factory reset, the phone was consistently running at around 60–63°C, sometimes reaching ~65°C, even during relatively light use.

- I backed everything up, then performed a factory reset.

- After the factory reset, the bootloop problem has not happened again. However, the phone has still randomly rebooted a few times.

- It can run normally for 5–6 hours, then randomly reboot once and continue working normally afterward.

- Before one reboot it was around 60°C, but immediately after the reboot it dropped to around 40°C while doing the same tasks.

- I can currently stress the phone and get one thermal sensor to ~60°C without it shutting down.

- The issue is therefore intermittent and I can't reliably reproduce it.

The battery is the original battery, has never been replaced, charges normally, and seems to hold charge normally.

I also have an ADB diagnostic report. The most interesting part shows:

Kernel PANIC

EXT4 ... ext4_find_entry ... sda31

The phone has already been factory reset, so there are currently no old apps/data causing this.

What could cause this behavior? Is this more likely to be a failing UFS/storage chip, motherboard/power issue, thermal issue, or some kind of kernel/filesystem problem?

I'm especially interested in why the phone could stay around 60–65°C before a reboot, then immediately after reboot run at around 40°C under the same workload.

Seeking help with irrigation schematics for the whole farm area.

I need some ideas on how to make watering greenhouses and outside area with ease.

What would be the best arrangement of pipelines and valves to water this whole area without walking so much and wasting a lot of time. I need the smartest and easiest solution to this.

The problem for me was always the 6m elevation difference from the source to the furthest greenhouse and the sheer amount of drip lines..

If anyone is smart enough and a proffesional in this please help I need an idea for everything to be made from stratch.

I will post in the commenta a clean sketch

Pozdrav,

edit: uređaj -> mrežu
