Decided to trim some beef short ribs with the skinner blade tonight. I’ve always felt the blade is very thick. But, when cutting through meat it really helps to split the cuts wide and gives a great view for your next cut.
I also like the blade shape for your index finger.
Complains are that with the finger choil it removes a lot of cutting edge.
These CF scales should really be an option to be purchased separately!

New Lynch clip for ZT450!
These clips are no longer produced I believe. They do extend past the butt of the knife, but makes it disappear in the pocket.
